“Jeremy at Verizon was absolutely outstanding and gave one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. He is the manager, and you can tell immediately why he is in that position because he knows what he is doing, communicates clearly, and actually takes the time to help instead of making you feel rushed or brushed off. A lot of phone store visits can be stressful, confusing, or feel like someone is just trying to push you into something, but Jeremy made the whole process easy from start to finish.
He was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about everything we talked about. Any questions I had, he answered without making it seem like I was bothering him or wasting his time. He explained things in a way that actually made sense and made sure I understood my options before making any decisions. That alone made a huge difference because it felt like he cared more about getting me taken care of the right way than just getting me in and out of the store.
What stood out the most was his attitude. Jeremy was friendly, calm, and helpful the entire time, even while handling everything going on in the store. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in making sure people leave happy. He also seemed to have a great handle on the store as a whole, helping customers, supporting his team, and keeping everything moving without making the experience feel chaotic.
It is rare nowadays to deal with someone in customer service who is both knowledgeable and genuinely personable, but Jeremy was exactly that. He turned what could have been a frustrating phone store visit into a smooth and positive experience. Verizon is lucky to have him as a manager, and I would absolutely recommend asking for Jeremy if you need help there. Great service, great attitude, and exactly the kind of person you want running a store.”

“Employees are very friendly in store and over phone. I always pay my bill so I never have to worry about them contacting me for payments or repossessing of items purchased. They have a good sense of humor. It is a rather small Apkus store. Does not offer a whole lot. I do not like that you have to rent a whole bedroom suite and cannot rent to own just the headboard/footboard/frame. That busted my bubble. Of course it is more expensive in the long run instead of purchasing items outright at another location. But when you only have a portion of $$ to spend, this is the easiest place to deal with. They deliver furniture and do their best.”
