It's okay but you get online and do it all get your confirmation numbers and then when you get there they don't have the vehicle then you got to do it all over again so therefore it's all irrelevant that you think you got you vehicle and trip covered after you get the confirmation number from online and then you get there and you don't have nothing and they have nothing to offer you so that's two things that's sad for business and it causes people to lose out on trips that they've had planned do 2 their service because you think that you got a vehicle when you get there and then you don't have the vehicle

You don't get the car you requested, are charged for insurance you don't need and then charged for preexisting damages on your personal insurance not the insurance they charged you for. Will walk before I rent from then again. Pitiful.

I rented a 2019 Chevrolet Malibu for a week and first of all the radio kept locking up on it. Then on my way home from Georgia, I was pulled over by the police after driving five hours in the dark only to find out that the car had no lights at all on the back. I had been ran off the road and almost rear ended multiple times to and from Georgia and this explained why. I rented the car because I didn't trust my old explorer to make the trip but now I wish I had saved the 325.00 dollars I spent and just drove mine. At least it doesn't have electrical problems and all the lights work. It's a thousand wonders we weren't in a really bad accident.

Got a call the day before verifying my rental then the next day got a phone call "We don't have any vehicles". I would avoid this and the Chapmanville location as the previous reviews are pretty accurate.

I made reservations weeks ago for an 8-passenger vehicle. I stopped in three times, including on Friday, to make sure they’d have the vehicle here at 8:00 am this morning. No vehicle. Instead we are taking two huge trucks.
