“Chuck Noffsinger is great at what he does. He helped me navigate a complex claim. He gave me great advice on how to keep my children safe as they learn to drive. He advised against a vehicle I was looking at secondary to safety ratings. He advised of times/locations he has seen more accidents in adolescents. Then with this advise I changed the vehicle I purchased and advised my children to avoid/be more careful at time certain times/locations in Parkersburg. He is what a local agent should be.”
