“Love this place, so much stuff to look at, but I would suggest for them to have more employees working. The last few times I visited, there was only 1 register open, and the line was all the way across the store.”

“This place is amazing. It goes without saying that the prices are good. But it’s always fun to stop by on a regular basis to see what interesting items have arrived that you simply must buy. And not only that, you can count on them having regularly stocked items like gift cards.

“What can I say? Dollar Tree is $1.25 store now. They can't help it, I know. Gas prices & Dementia Joe's (obama real prez)economy/recession bound to happen. I go there for the rectangle aluminum pans. Leftovers & saving casseroles for loved ones when they come over. A must store. The Nitro store friendly enough and always busy as most Dollar Trees are, especially now!”
“This store is cleaner then 98% of Dollar Stores i have visit . The staff are customer friendly. Havent met a stranger ever when shopping this location. The staff on different occasions have looked for items i could find to see if they had it in but not out yet. They dont rush you off if its time to close . Lets consider if you respect your store your store will respect you back .”
“I've only had one problem with this store and that's when one of the guy employee got real bad mouthy with me all because I was 4 cents short. But he either quit or got fired cause he wasn't there much longer after. Other than that they are a great store...”
“Clean, well stocked and organized, very helpful employees/clerks, quick trip in and right back out. This particular DG actually sells fresh produce. Grits Farm is local so that may be a contributing factor. Definitely love this DG over all others that I have personally been to.”
“I was here in WV on vacation from England and visited the store early on a Saturday morning.....The staff were friendly and helpful.An enjoyable shopping experience, the store was clean although slightly muddled in their range of products for sale.....not so different from UK stores though.....The clean environment was the thing I found comforting......So many Bargain Stores seem to let their standards fall these days unfortunately......Good Luck in your future expansion, Dollar General!!”

“It felt like going to Dollar General it was amazing such a beautiful place such beautiful people in habiting it and all the workers are awesome so polite such an intense beautiful place I give it five stars and I would think every one of them cuz when I couldn't find my beef broth they showed me right where to go that was so polite”

“This is a convenient and budget-friendly store. Although it is a smaller store, it still has a variety of household essentials and snacks. While there were a few items that I couldn't find, the friendly staff was happy to help me find alternative options. Overall, I had a positive shopping experience at this Dollar General and will visit again.”

“I love goin to the dollar general the one by the mound in south Charleston has a wide variety of lawn decor for outdoors stuff for arts n crafts ur essential needs for ur home and kids. They have great prices on some household items as well and Dnt forget to download their app and clip the save 5$ wen u spend 25$ on saturdays and clip their other available coupons for extra saving. The location is easy to find and it’s usually not to crowded. I like to take my time and look through the craft section.”

“Dollar General recently remodeled their store which is a major improvement. The freezer section is larger and has an increased selection of frozen foods and dairy products. The aisle are more easily accessible and the flow of the store is much better. I find the current staff competent and friendly. With the new remodel of the store their is more selection and new items added. I am in this Dollar General frequently and is most convenient. Parking at times can be a bit chaotic but they are limited in the amount of property they own. However after the post office next door closes you are able to park ther as well. Prior to the remodeling of the store, especially during the evening hours the registers were unattended but that has improved. They now have a self service register which I’m not find if in any store. I find that it takes jobs away from people that need a place to work. Most of the time I’ll stand in line and wait my turn for a register with a person working. I have only used the self checkout around 5 times and that is only because I was in a hurry and had was unable to wait.Overall this Dollar General is a convenient and friendly place to shop.”
