I have been a customer since moving to the area about 20 years ago staff is do rude and never have things filled when promised and the owners only respond to the 5 star reviews sad

I have loved fruths for many years. Something is different now. They are definitely not as nice as they used to be. Sometimes they are right out rude now. I've not had an issue getting meds refilled but they are much slower getting them filled now. For new meds, sometimes they don't have them done for a couple days. If you're sick you need those meds asap. It's been a whole lot different since the other first shut down and they remodeled this one. Honestly I miss the old workers.oh and I hate the app. The phonecall comes after I've picked up. Just a mess.

1 star because the people here do not know how to do their jobs. Several of my medicines they have told me and my doctors they were ready only for me to come there to get them and they aren’t even there. This includes several days without my inhaler because they told me on the phone it was ready when it wouldn’t be until a few days later. The same for weeks without my eye drops I need for extreme pain, and now they have messed up my antipsychotic that I have been on for several months now leaving me bed ridden with days of withdrawals. Turns out they had one of them- they just didn’t look hard enough in the computer. Quitting medications cold turkey can cause serious side effects. I would come in and speak to them personally but I am stuck in the house with stomach and muscle cramps, cold chills, extreme nausea and restlessness and on several days with little to no sleep - since, oopsie we didn’t see your medicine in there it was hiding in the system! Hahahah lol that’s a real knee slapper! Hopefully I still have knees by tomorrow and my skin doesn’t all slough off from Steven Johnson’s syndrome since that is caused from quitting medications cold turkey! Thanks fruth! Who needs my Prozac anyway I guess I’ll just finish off these two bottles of adderall you gave me instead when I didn’t even need a refill on them. Thanks! Don’t get ur medicine from here unless you never want them on time and if you want them to constantly lie to you and your doctors and waste everyone’s time. Have a fantastic day.

Just had an exceptionally unprofessional phone call with a pharmacist named Jaila. She immediately raised her voice after I asked a simple question about a refill.
I have done business with this pharmacy for three decades and this has soured our business relationship.
I will be transferring all my scripts to other pharmacies at my earliest convenience and I suggest anyone else doing business here to consider the same.

If you are a member of PEIA, you cannot get your testing strips or lancets. Ms. Fruth needs to quit advertising her pharmacy as being a place to get your needs taken care of.

Quick and easy. Pharmacy uses text to inquire about reordering. During the pandemic they went above and beyond to provide customer safety and satisfaction. Cashiers and store staff helpful.

I’m no longer a customer as both myself and my father was for years . They are probably the highest priced pharmacy in the area for one and even using insurance or a Good Rx card which they don’t recognize they are still overpriced. The straw that broke the Camels back is when they went to what they call “ Central fill” which really just means you won’t be sure your order will be ready or not .I’ve switched to Kroger even though they lack a drive thur I can stand in line for half the price of what Fruth wants for their meds.

I have been a regular customer of fruith for many years, recently I went into pick up my prescription and while in line the pharmacist made a very rude comment about people and their damn suboxone. This really surprised me at the unprofessional way and the attitudes towards customers I encountered at the Winfield store. I will not go back to this store. The other stores in the area are great and never had any problems.

Went in today to pick up a script and was talked to and treated like I had the plague. I wore a mask like I always do. i use hand sanitizer. Walgreens will get my business for now on. The pharmacist and cashier were both rude with an attitude.

~I stopped in this store the other day and was so happy to find an outdoor bench and small garden table with two chairs. The quality of both are great and they were on sale. I did not get the name of the lady behind the counter but she was very helpful and pleasant. The manager Shawn loaded everything into my vehicle. What a great experience shopping here. They have wonderful treasures and great staff. I highly recommend.
