The entire team at Power Sports Abrams has been great to work with throughout the entire process of purchasing and outfitting our new 2025 Polaris General, including a small warranty item they took care of right away. Tyler has been super responsive and always gets back to us in a timely manner. We'll definitely look to these guys for maintenance service and other power sports and equipment needs down the road.

Power Sports in Abrams was an excellent experience for us when we purchased our pontoon boat, during the delivery process, and in the boat pickup at the end of the summer season. Their people know the products and they are helpful and kind.

Just bought a new John deer bagger lawn mover. Picked it up on Thursday. While I love the lawnmower. The pick up of the mower was just terrible. Had an appointment for 1Pm with the guy I bought it from. He was gone when I got there. He left the paper work with the receptionist who answers phones and he was supposed to help me. This poor guy, not his fault knew nothing about the mower. Nor did any of the mechanics in the back. I mean the mechanic had to take a picture with his phone and ask someone in the back what this button does. So we had to guess on everything. There was no gas in the mower. My first stop on the way home was gas station. In all my life I never had such a bad experience picking up a new item. So my review isn’t about the product. It’s about the service. By the way the lawnmower is great. Cleaned up my yard today.
