“I Had a very difficult problem to fix on my 2015 F150, an unexplained power draw in the battery which caused a dead battery in 2 days. 1 place recommended taking it to a Ford Dealer, a neighbor suggested A&R. They were more than happy to take on such a challenge, were up front about potential costs and time involved. Within 2 days they tracked the problem to a bad relay causing the drain through another electrical system. They were very friendly and professional in explaining the procedure etc., got the repair done and back on the road good as new. Will Definitely return and recommend to others.”

“We were on a trip from Oklahoma to visit friends and family when our van started making noises. We were in a time crunch and so many shops we called around to were busy with 2 weeks wait time. Drove up and they took a look within 5 minutes had it scheduled for the day to get repaired. They are usually closed on the weekends but went out of their way to get the alternator replaced along with the pulley issues and belt resolved. Fast and friendly as well as highly experienced mechanics!”
