All I can do is laugh at this, nice customer service talking to a bot that doesn’t even understand English🤣 and as I asked for an agent, puts me on hold until they are closed.

My co-workers at the Algoma station are basically lazy dirtballs,upper management couldnt be more incompetent,not sure how much more I can put up with at that place
