A group of us (9 women 40 something aged) stayed there for one night. I don't know how none of these reviews mention the train.Between midnight and 5:00 a.m. on a Saturday night The train came through blowing its whistle every half hour almost 10 times I think. Just across the street.Even though the bed was comfortable it was a horrible night of sleep due to the disruption of the train. That has more to do with the location than the facility but still I think it should be noted for anyone considering Alma WIWe had the whole building to ourselves but the common area is wooden chairs around a long table not too comfy to sit on and the table felt flimsy. We had a group of 9 women. 6 of us had to share full size beds and one had to sleep on a fold-out couch which was not comfortable. The room in stayed in was dark which should have made sleeping easy but again the train! So I hardly slept. The room was a strange exterior part of the building. The upper level deck looked neat but was very slanted.Dish washer was broken with a sign on it. So we had to wash everything by hand. Not pleasant. Not a great fit for our groups get away.Noteworthy details: Train! Ruined our sleep. Found it all odd with the layout for a large group.

Super cool place for a group of people. The pictures don't do it justice. We had a golf group of friends. All in our 50s. Walk the town for dinner. Came back to the blue door and had an awesome fire in the pit. Everything was supplied. Fully stock. Great large kitchen.

no one was present when we were supposed to check in. No one was reachable by phone or email. After a three hour drive we had to find last minute accommodations elsewhere.A month later and requests for a refund are still unmet.

Stayed at the blue inn cottage. It was awesome. Very nice and homy. A couple cobwebs here and there but very cool nonetheless. Had a fantastic night . Will most likely come back

Definitely an older, historic building but we enjoyed our stay and loved our rustic room.
