This is my second purchase at Sport Rider. Adam has always been helpful and he answers all my questions is honest and sincere. I like the family oriented business structure. Everyone there is always so friendly and I would refer anyone who is looking for any type of recreational vehicle to check out Sport Rider before you look anywhere else.

I never fail to feel welcome at Sport Rider. Whether it's Jess up front helping me find parts, or Adam taking the time to ask how things are, to the Gents in the back that do their best all the time, and Scott and Nikki who hold it all together. I'm always appreciative of how much they go out of their way to help me get back outside and play. :)

Sport Rider ripped me off. I bought a new bike because I wanted a warranty. When the bike needed warranty coverage for an oil consumption issue I spoke to them. They gave me a run around about how there really wasn't anything wrong with the bike and that they wouldn't honor my warranty since I did not have it serviced at their dealership.This was in DIRECT violation of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.When I called the manufacturer, Sport Rider lied to them about my service history as well as my history of complaints. BOOM, just like that, no warranty for me. My machine would have been repaired by the manufacturer if Sport Rider had told them the truth about my complaints. I still have no idea why Sport Rider treated me so poorly or why they decided to prevent me from getting warranty work done.They work harder at removing bad reviews than they do making customers happy. Buyer beware!

A couple of weeks ago my wife came up to me and told me her dad was looking for a used side by side. My wife decided she wanted to give him my fully loaded 2018 Ranger 900! I agreed with the understanding that I could get a new one. We called the brother-in-law to see if he would make the drive from Marquette, MI to our house to pick up our Ranger. The brother-in-law said “good luck with that, it will take you 3 months to get a unit”; so, I went to God and we had a discussion, I explained that I needed a Polaris as soon as I can get one because I’m losing mine. So, I kept praying and looking. I stopped at one local dealer and checked things out; I left my name and never heard from them, so I kept looking. I made a first visit to Sport Rider on the suggestion of a friend. I walked into Sport Rider because I needed some work done on my 2018 Ranger. I started talking to Adam in sales, he seemed to have all the right answers. I knew that Polaris was not even accepting orders for the NorthStar Ultimate unit. While talking to Adam he remarked that they had ordered a NorthStar Ultimate several weeks ago and it was still available! I immediately put a deposit down and learned it had green accents (exactly what I wanted)! Now this is how good God is… my 12-week delay was in my driveway 3 weeks and 2 days after I paid the deposit. I remember when I started tracking the order from Polaris the first notice said it would arrive between November 2 and December 30! I prayed harder and the updated info was November 10 to December 20! I prayed harder and then next update said it would be shipped on October 10. The unit arrived on October 6 while I was out of town. Thank you, Sport Rider, for making this procedure a lot less painful than it could have been, you guys are amazing.
