Fantastic customer service! Anastasia got me out of a real jam when I drowned my phone, and the online Verizon customer service failed me. From now on I'll be going to this store for help instead of going through Verizon's company website.

Great store you have. I'm really enjoying how you are emailing me the personal information of a customer of yours even though I live across the country.
Victra's phone support has wasted over an hour of my time, so I'm going to call your customer directly and let 'm know you gave me the phone number and address.

very dissatisfied proceeded to the store several times looking for an add-on phone and what the best deals are of course you see the national deals on the TV and you come into the store and the employees do not even know about the national deals so then you call customer service because you already are a Verizon customer and you would like to add on a line and so you add on a line through customer service and you go pick up a SIM card from your local Verizon store and you receive rude disrespectful service I was told to go back to customer service where I got my phone service from and he wouldn't even help me open up my sim drawer on my phone so I may install my SIM card
