Poor service.I had experiences yes too many,with this location.They don't update tracking efficiently,and if they do they put in there the customer requested to hold the package for pickup even if I didn't requested for it.What a joke.If I could give zero star I would.Teribble customer service,👎🤮🤮🤮

Always late, packages constantly lost in mail. Whenever this occurs, their excuse is “should be by the door”

Always have had an excellent experience sending packages through the Amherst post office. Friendly and efficient staff.
