“Our loan officer, Rachel Fredericksen was one of the nicest politest knowledgeable loan officer I’ve ever met. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. When I first called the bank. I thought I was talking to somebody In Antigo comes to find out I was talking to somebody in Illinois so when I went into finalize the loan, it was screwed up by the person from Illinois, but Rachel was helpful and patient So we had to redo the loan. I would like to tell you that Rachel was not a very good person because everybody wants a nice person. So I’m afraid she will be busy next time I go in there and won’t be able to help me lol. She is great just a kind loan officer you like to talk to and spend half of your day with. I appreciate it Rachel. Thank you very much. I will from now on be asking for Rachel.

“Let’s start with the gorgeous building and ample, easy to access parking; fantastic! Once you’re inside, its all old school marble, tile, and glass (wonderful on a hot day). You’ll be promptly greeted by their super friendly staff and then, as you look up, WOW!! Look at that enormous, vintage Vegas style vault! So cool. I worked with Tina to deposit a couple of checks and 1) she is a cat-mom-saint and 2) was very helpful considering I primarily bank online and was wholly unprepared with things like my account number (I had my debit card, so no problem). Literally, the nicest bank with the nicest people for 100 miles.”
