My payroll check is threw BMO. So I figured I'd open an account for my direct deposit. Thinking it would be smooth easy and on point. Well I have had it for 30 days and I am still in verification of my account. So there for my payroll deposit gets denied and a check is then processed. Taking another how many days to receive in snail mail. I have been lied to 3 different times now. Then when I called to ask if my account is verified for my deposit tomorrow and literally could not get a yes or no answer. I have never had this issue at any other bank. This should not be a problem considering my payroll check is a BMO account and so is mine. Why do you have to verify accounts that are owned by the same bank? Let alone to take over 30 days to verify it. This has been a very stressful situation especially in the mist of the holidays. Hugely disappointed and will be closing this account. The incentives are not worth my peace of mind that my money is safe. Oh let's not get into the mobile banking. That's even worse.

Rebecca set us up well with out new checking account and was incredibly helpful. The front staff gave us a friendly greeting. They seem like good people.
