So I don't run gas all summer in my home. Electric appliances besides furnace. My total bill is $48 in Oct 2023. They come out and threaten/schedule disconnection the day before the BAN on turning off utilities in Wisconsin. They're really going to disconnect me for $48 knowing the very next day they cannot turn off my gas for 6 months Nov through Apr 15. Bunch of jerks work here. Just for that, I'm going to save all those winter payments, send all the notices you want. See ya in the spring. Must really be hard up for that $48. Laughable.

Ive been with this company for about 15 yrs and have never had any issues! Great employees as well. Super nice, super helpful.

They never sent a disconnection notice to us a few months ago. The guy came at 6 in the morning and put the notice on our door. Never knocked or anything. The office lady said they sent a letter in the mail. Well we still haven't received it months later and my husband works for the post office so the excuse the letter must have gotten lost doesn't work here. Now two months ago we were told we had until September 1st to pay a 300 dollar deposit or else out service will be cut. The lady called yesterday and told him we have until tomorrow to pay the deposit. So he dropped off a money order this morning and the gas company called a few hours later but did not leave a voicemail. So he called them back and the lady said the deposit was 341 not 300. But the ironic part is the same lady he talked to yesterday and today told him two different things. Why doesn't your website say anything about these deposits etc. I feel like the workers are embezzling money. Having our attorney look into this

Wow, some mixed reviews on here. They have been friendly and easy to work with. I'm not thrilled about the deposit but we get it back with interest if we keep up with payments. So far, so good.

I smelled gas near my driveway last week and called the gas company. Someone was at my house within minutes! Besides responding to the problem I called about (which turned out to be a false alarm), he stayed and walked me through how to turn off the gas if I needed to and took time to answer a bunch of other little questions I had.

off to a bad start with this company, not even a customer yet and they are already going to be a pain to work with. My wife called to start service at our new home. she made the call 2 minutes before closing, still during business hours. The lady who answered the phone said I'm sorry I can't help you you'll have to call back during business hours which are Monday thru Friday 7:30-4:30. My wife told the lady well she did call during business hours. And the lady in a short voice said well we closed already. So apparently they like to close before business hours are over.
