12/23/20 Arrived to Drive Up at 5:29 pm and green light open sign was on. Pulled up Got to the tube and it was closed. Pressed call button lady responds we close at 5:30. I respond I pulled up and it was green light open. No response from lady. Wait two minutes no response. I Left drive through. If CVCU is going to close lobbies and cause drive ups to be endlessly backlogged due to heavy traffic they should widen their open hours to serve customers properly. CVCU is losing small bank feeling and losing perspective on how to serve the customer. Feels like they believe they are doing the customer a favor by banking for them. Must be Getting too big and forgetting the customer service that has served them well in the past.

Been banking here for almost 15yrs. 800+ credit score. Great income. Impeccable credit history. Never had a problem til more recently when they've started acting like my money is theirs to mess with. When I have a big check I wanna use it, not wait 2 days for it to clear from a reputable firm. MY money, not theirs. "Its for your protection" they say... "I" will decide if I need protection getting money from a reputable place, not CoVantage. Keep this sht up & they're likely to lose more than a few people.

Between the unpleasant experience with the lady in card services and the not telling the hole truth in loan department i will be shopping for a different place to bank! Only got one star because i can't give 0
