I have nothing but good to say; from the manager, service desk, to the mechanics. I appreciate that they are very transparent on what needs to be done. They go out of they'r way to find the best rates and deals. They don't treat you like a number and take you for granted. They have my loyalty. Thanks Fleet!

I arrived in Antigo late in a weekday afternoon. My car was making a terrible noise and something was obviously wrong. I saw Fleet Farm nearby and knowing they had an auto service center, I pulled in. It was 4:47 pm and they closed at 5 pm. I was greeted kindly and they immediately looked at my car. As I suspected, there was a problem with my brakes. They stayed past closing time to order the parts, and the mechanic (Ryan) said he would come in an hour early the next morning to do the work. I arrived the next morning, Ryan was there and fixed my car. I was so appreciative, as I am from out of town and I was able to get my work done in the area as planned and get home. Everyone there was super friendly and amazingly helpful. If I lived in Antigo, Fleet Farm would be my go-to place for my car.

In the past 6 months I've left two messages asking for a call back to make an appointment and I've never gotten a call back, not once. In one instance I got an employee and was told I'd get a call back, which never happened. Very disappointing. Not waiting for them anymore, just going to Marty's Shell.
