Having dealt with sales and service departments at Langlade Ford for over 10 years, I can't think of any other place to do my automotive business. Service has always been excellent and at a reasonable price. Nate is a real asset to the team in the service department. Wyatt was great when I needed to trade in my 2011 F-150 for a 2024 model. I believe I received a very competitive price for the exact vehicle I wanted. Langlade Ford is honest, trustworthy and competent-- three words you rarely see together when speaking about dealerships.

I had my transmission control module go out on my 22 FTX F150. It was reset at Eagle River and never resolved my problem. Antigo Ford knew it needed to be replaced and do so in a few hours.

Just picked up my Ford Maverick. Matt Voss was so easy to work with and kept in contact and was very professional. Cody, who closed the deal at the business office was awesome... explained all of the paperwork and took his time.

We had an issue with our automobile that was taken to a different dealership for repairs. They were unable to correct the problem and as a result also created an additional problem. Langlade service center got us an appointment in a timely manner, were courteous and efficient through the process and got the repair accomplished so that our vehicle was back on the road. Thanks! :)

The service team at Langlade Ford is very courteous and professional. I had to take my 2018 escape for a recall issue. Nathan gave me an appointment that worked around my schedule. The service was completed in the amount of time that he quoted.
