Just something about a small town dealer! We've been buying all our Ford vehicles from Langlade Ford for over 30 years. Buying from here is a nice and relaxing experience. You don't feel like you have to prepare for battle before you walk through their door. Granted our experience is based on existing personal relationships with many of the people that work there outside of the dealership but that doesn't detract from the treat you like family environment.The mechanics in the shop have never failed to address an issue. The body shop has never repaired any damage (suicide deer) less than satisfactory. They'll preform the repair as quickly as they can get the parts to do it. Things out of Langlade Fords hands like vehicle quality and recalls and warranty work do not reflect on the dealership experience. Highly recommend Langlade Ford.

Great experience…I ordered a new Bronco and Ryan made the entire process so easy. I would definitely recommend Langlade and would buy a car from them again!

Messaged them about a white 2023 raptor for $76,000. They told me “sorry it’s no longer available.” Well looky looky they relisted it for 85,000 now. Bunch of crooks. If this isn't gouging or bait and switch then I dont know what is.

When I brought my Mustang in for repair it was not getting gas. They checked it out and found it was a air block in the gas line. They saved me a lot of money. They could have changed the fuel pump, but they didn't. The staff at Langlade Ford is very honest and do great work.

Ford recently serviced both of our f150s.I love that they will pick the truck up from my place of employment, & drop it off before my shift is over. They also send updates as far as when the vehicle was picked up & dropped off!I love this service because it makes things easier on me as a working mom! :)Nate is also very professional!5 stars guys!

Service department is not so good! Took several calls to get warranty issues addressed. Was told I’d receive call back as to warranty coverage. Wasn’t called back and I had to call back after a week! Was then told not everything was covered. Then after not getting called back again and several calls later and a few conversations and after getting all sorted out I was told I’d receive a call once parts are in to schedule service, no call! Waited a month and was told they thought I’d call! After repairs, my new dash looks worse than the original! Scratches and smudges and still not straight! And they got undercoating on the outside painted surface of my truck above the wheel well while re-spraying wheel wells!! Frustrated is the nicest thing I can say!!

Have had nothing but issues with their service department. Have been trying to have a part replaced under warranty and have been told they can't replace the part because we dont have the original (which we dont have as it blew off the truck and we couldnt find it). How am i responsible for obviously a ford faulty part that easily blows off a truck? Called corporate and they said the part should be covered no problem. Even by Any ford dealer even one you havent purchased a vehicle from. (We purchased it in 2020 from another state where we used to live) We were also told that Langlade is privately owned. It seems like they dont want to help anyone who hasnt actually purchased a vehicle from them. I expected better from a Ford dealer. Do not recommend and will not be returning.

Not Good but not there fault its FORD will not correct the lemon i have. 2020 New F150 has been shutting down when raining from 3,000 mile to 30,000. when it rains all the alarms come on and truck shuts down at 60 miles an hour 4th time it did it engine blew up. Wait 7 plus months get truck back on a Friday next day raining truck shuts down on cty A on curve. As you can see all the alarms that come up and truck shuts down when going down the road. Getting nervous to even drive it in the rain. Truck turns off after all below alarms come up so you loss power steering and brakes very on safe but ford doesn't want to do any thing. So not all the dealership. Wisconsin lemon law was told has to happen 3 times in a month. First new truck i ever bought for retirement. Now have an unreliable vehicle. Just looking for same year truck with same options. Just what is fair!!

I am new to the area, and needed to have my truck looked at. I called and was told it was a 2 week wait for an appointment. I asked if it would help expedite if I dropped the truck off and they could work it in...and the guy I spoke to said that would be great he could get it in over the next few days if I did that. I brought it down on a Tuesday (the day after I talked to them) and never heard anything back from them. Called to check on it a few times. and they didn't have anything to say...just said they haven't looked at it. We drove down on Thursday and again on Saturday after they were closed and saw my truck just sitting unsecured in the parking lot for the past week. (not even in the gated/fenced area) When I called today to see if or when they would be able to look at it. Nate just told me...they haven't looked at it...again.I find this quite interesting...as my truck is likely going to need a new timing chain again. It's a $1,000+ job. I will be picking up my truck today and taking it to be looked at elsewhere, as I am afraid to drive it...and have it breakdown on me when I am alone.No one was rude...but no one was very friendly or helpful either. I think my biggest worry was my truck sitting in the unsecured lot for a week. I have found the small dealerships are not as helpful. Maybe it is just Ford in general. Think it's time to buy a Ram.

I have been a customer of Langlade Ford since I purchased my 2001 Ford Escape. Since then I have purchased 5 vehicles and have my 6th on order. The salesforce is always eager to help us get the vehicle that we want, the service department is great and the body shop has done excellent work the couple of times we had needed their service!
