We bought a mattress and foundation from Neve’s ,upon setting up discovered a few loose threads on a seam they replaced with another new one. No problem. Great store, great service. One of the best we’ve ever dealt with. Thank you Lisa and Gordy.

As a follow up after the install of 2 rooms of carpeting. We were pleased with the installer and have had are very pleased with our flooring! We have since reccomended Neves to my parents and they had carpet installed as well. The carpet began to matt after a few months and we have been working with Gordon to get it the carpet replaced. Working on it.... still. So far it has been delayed by the carpet mfg. Hopefully new carpet will be installed soon. Thank you for working with us on this issue, Gordon.

Gordon and Lisa are a great team. We bought carpet and laminate for 4 rooms of our house. Hands down the most knowledgeable and helpful we found since moving to this area. Will review further after the install.

We have purchased mattresses, end tables, home theater seating, recliner chairs, laminate flooring, blinds, carpet tile, and ceramic tile (to name a few :-) from the Neve's over the years. They provide great customer service and timely delivery. Lisa is very knowledgeable about their products and her friendly, helpful nature makes the buying experience enjoyable. We really appreciated Gordon's attention to detail when installing the carpet tile and cork flooring in our small cabin. Sure, we could have made all these purchases at a "big-box store" but we truly believe that supporting a family-owned business is important. Their daughter, Ashlee, is now involved in the business. I doubt that we would have received the same personal attention and great customer service at a big-box store. We will definitely be making future furniture, flooring, and window covering purchases from the Neve's! The shopping experience at their store is relaxing and unrushed. Vicki and Bob Halverson
