I no longer shop here.They stopped publishing a weekly ad to be distributed to shoppers in the area. I am not going to drive 30 minutes to get an ad. The website and coupon offers are impossible to navigate. If you have a card, coupons should be automatically loaded.Prices on non-sale items are obscene.Sale items are at times are unavailable.I reluctantly take my money to Walmart

Typical Kroger store layout with some cramped isles and strangely located kiosks. While shopping, look out for employees driving home-shopping carts who apparently have unrestricted right-of-way. Somewhat confusing how premium cheese display and deli fit into store layout. Anyway, I couldn't use my dollar-off Kroger-provided coupon for Kerrygold Irish Cheddar which wasn't available in either cheese location.

I stopped going here for awhile due to the fact I could never get anyone to help me in the deli...I believe in second chances so I decided to go back and give it another chance...deli is still not available to help customers they talk more to each other then helping the customers I also went through the self check out and I realized later that night I had left my sherbet ice cream behind I went the next day and explained that I had forgot to take my item which was in a separate bag because I didn't want my bread and bagels in the same bag as ice cream...to make a long story short they asked me if I had my receipt really...like I'm going to try to scam a 4.49 cent tub of sherbet what happened to people taking others with there word...I don't need to scam a tub of sherbet...now 8m done at this store..treat your customers with a little more trust and kindness...

Employees were all so kind and personal. Clean, organized, and well stocked. Beautiful floral selection! They sell stamps and you can renew your DMV tags at the service counter. I will definitely be a return customer.

Self checkouts are horrible. Goes into error/assist often, no scanner. I should be able to scan everything in my cart and not bag it with no hassle. Internet showed you had Boars Head at the deli, but you don’t. Will not go here again. Too much hassle. Not worth it.

Always fun to come to pick and save. Huge selection on beer and sports and many other hard to find adult beveys. Also a huge selection of cheeses. The staff are also very helpful and cheerful

I went to the deli. Nobody came out. I knocked on the window and asked for help. The lady was very rude and said she was busy. They lost my business. Went across to Knick trip and got their chicken!! It’s better than pick and save!!!!

We were a little disappointed with our cake purchase yesterday. We called the cake order in a few days in advance, we were having a retirement party. When I got there to pick it up she was just finishing it up. It didn't look great, but it was fine. When we got the cake back to work and really looked at it we noticed she had spelt Retirement wrong. We could also see a spot where she wiped off one of the letters and started over. The worst part was when we called to tell them about it today, she said ok sorry about that. No offer of a $$$ off, no offer of gift card nothing! Very sad customer service.

Waited by deli for service. Employee behind in back seen me about 20 times waiting for service. Would not come out to help went and said something to other meat employees said they would tell her. checking out took longer than shopping. had quite a line of customers ready to check out and only 1 lane open and self-checkouts which we're INCREDIBLY slow and RIDICULOUS. what a long waste of time!
