“I had the opportunity to have this company take me to my doctor's appointment. I called early that morning to confirm and was greeted with a very pleasant and kind lady who helped me without issue. Any issues they seemed capable of fixing and did a great job with letting me know the what was happening. The driver was a younger man who was extremely polite, very decent, and I would recommend him to anybody. I've seen "bad" or "negative" reviews about lack of arrival, but remember there is a Main component to this. A "parent" company posts the needs of the patients and the companies pick the people they can accommodate. This "middle-man" can cause many issues. About 2 years previous I had an appointment that had been scheduled weeks in advance. However the "parent" company never informed me of the changes, and therefore I didn't know my ride had been canceled due to Covid-19. The PARENT or HEAD company was supposed to inform the riders of changes in scheduling. Many times they didn't. I new player took over now so we'll see how things change. So far so good. But remember there are hundreds of people needing rides going through phone numbers that aren't even in this State! I was very happy with my service, thank you!”
