Casey was excellent in switching me from another carrier to Verizon to be on the same account as my wife. Also dropped my old iPad, got me set up with a new watch and a new iPhone 17 max pro. This was my first time at Team Wireless. Casey was very friendly and nice he went above and beyond to try and help me with my phone. So my phone was acting crazy so I decided to just buy a brand new phone. Casey is very knowledgeable about his job. While waiting I told him to help other customers. I give him 1000 stars
