A couple days ago, the heater in our house stopped working. When I woke up Friday morning, I noticed right away that the temperature was much lower than what I had set it at before going to bed. The heater provides heat to both mine and Melissa’s part of the house, which sent me into a bit of a panic because we were due for cold weather—and replacing heaters, if it came down to that, isn’t cheap.
Melissa got the number for 3rd Gospel Heating from one of her friends, and thankfully the owner, John, was able to make it to our house quickly. I’ll go ahead and admit it—the batteries in the thermostat were dying, and one of them was corroded. But there was also a chance the thermostat itself needed to be replaced since it was pretty old. John changed the batteries and did a full inspection of the heating system. Very nice guy, by the way. Fair prices too.
Yesterday, the heater went out again. I contacted John, and thankfully, once again, he was able to make it to our house quickly. This time it turned out the thermostat really was malfunctioning, so he installed a new one for us. I actually really like this new thermostat—it’s digital, easy to read, and the screen is nice and clear. Having heat is nice too, of course.

Wanting to come give John a review, although he didn't end up helping us with the process, he helped understand information I was given! He went out of his way to help me although he knew he was busy and couldn't help us with a new unit. So he sent us to another honest business. I felt the need to review as this just shows John is an over all good human being! Helping a potential client even when he doesn't really have the time. I thank you for your recommendation! But 3rd gospel is on my list to call if needed. Ive learned you need to have a few trusted guys in your corner! Thank you again for your help!

I haven't worked with this company yet, but they will be my first call next time I need someone for HVAC.I saw one of the vans in my neighborhood with the gospel written on it. Thank you for boldly proclaiming your faith and dedicating your work to God. Thank you. Praise God.

Wonderful - my husband gave 3rd Gospel a call and John offered to come the same night, however we decided to wait until the next day. John came exactly on time and diagnosed and fixed our A/C unit at a reasonable cost. Thank you so much!

3rd Gospel responded to my text before they officially opened! My ac unit died. Since he had a big install that day and couldn’t come out right away, he took the time to walk me through many different strategies over the phone to try to get it back up and running! So gracious!

John at 3rd Gospel Heating and Cooling went above and beyond to properly diagnose and repair the issue with our A/C unit. He took the time to thoroughly examine the entire system and find the actual problem, rather than just addressing the symptoms. Although we had to wait a couple of days for a part, he offered a mobile A/C unit and came to install the new part at the end of a full work day so that we would be able to use our system. The part he selected will also improve the energy efficiency of our unit at no additional cost! He is very conscientious and was considerate of our home and our time while on site. I highly recommend this business!

This little company provides service in a big way! John is so personable, knowledgeable and accommodating. We've been a member of their ComfortClub for many years. One December, our furnace went out suddenly even though it had recently passed its annual checkup. I called 3rd Gospel late afternoon and Marc brought some room heaters to get us through the night. Guys came back next day to install new furnace. Service calls are covered in plan. Well worth buying the membership!

I could not be happier with our experience with 3rd Gospel Heating and Cooling. After having a poor experience with another HVAC company in the area, we reached out to 3rd Gospel. John was a pleasure to work with from start to finish and went above and beyond to take care of our needs. His communication with my wife was professional and easy to understand to be able to relay messages back to me. He checked in multiple times to make sure our problem was fixed and even came back to fix a small leak we had in our oil burner tank without charging us extra. John and his company are truly great people that I will recommend to anyone looking for HVAC needs. Thank you 3rd Gospel Heating and Cooling for truly caring about your clients!

John is awesome! I reached out to John for a . non emergency problem I had w my furnace. He offered 3 dif times he could come, including the next day!
He did come at the time I selected. Called beforehand to tell me he was 11 min away. Arrived on time. Told me a couple of possible reasons for the issue and maintained another necessary area of the furnace, because it was 5 yrs old and I had not had serviced since it was installed. SoI was happy he came to head off any future problems I might have had! John is a Godsend!! Efficient, friendly, and always a blessing. Thanks again, John. Great service!

I work 2nd shift, when I got home I noticed my furnace not working. I called them and left a message. They called back quickly. They ended up coming to my house at 12:30 am. The guy was awesome. Explaining things to me, listening to me. I definitely will be contacting them with any other issues. My faith in humanity was definitely restored by them.

Ever wished you could find those Ethical Technicians to do work for you? Someone you could trust? Well, These are the guys! Take it from a legit customer and a believer. I cold called them because I moved, needed service and believe in Jesus (so I'd at least give them a try). John was my Tech., and he described everything to me, showed me what was needed, fixed and tuned up my furnace at a reasonable rate. No hidden fees or surprises. Super knowledgeable, fast, reasonable service. Also Professional and Polite. I would highly recommend them, you won't be disapointed!
