A-1 Moving and Storage moved my console piano from my home to a storage unit. They did it quickly and safely, being very careful with stairs. Would recommend to anyone.

From storage to moving our baby grand piano, everyone at A-1 was friendly, efficient and hardworking. They went above and beyond when it came to moving the piano safely to our new home and were all very professional and polite.

Jean and her great team helped us move from our home to an interim rental to our new home once completed. The entire process could not have been more professionally done. The process required moving a portion of our things to the interim residence and the remainder into their secure storage, then everything to the new home. Every step was seamless. Mike and his moving team were incredible efficient, respectful, careful and professional. Having caring people like Mike and his colleagues handle your items with care and consideration was reassuring, then having the same gentlemen show up on the other side of the move several months later was a welcome site and added another element of efficiency to the move as they remembered details of the packing that were helpful. Jean was available throughout to answer the inevitable questions precisely and in a very timely way. Bottom line, A-1 was where they said they would be, when they said without fail and treated the transport of our things as though it was theirs. Would absolutely use them again! Omar and Leah Atassi

If you are thinking of moving a piano, especially a grand piano, DON"T even consider using anyone else. A-1 has moved, stored, returned and moved again both of our pianos. Mike and his team are truly experts, trained by Steinway, at moving pianos. We couldn't be happier.More recently, they have moved my office furniture twice. This furniture is very heavy and rather complicated. They have disassembled and reassembled that furniture very professionally.They work efficiently and have provided a good value.I continue to highly recommend them.Services: Oversized-item moving

These folks are true professionals! Doug and Max helped my 91 year old father with his move/transition from our family home of 51 years, to an apartment. They packed everything with care and asked my Dad's input for where everything should go. They assembled his bed and even hung up his clothes. They couldn't have been nicer!I can't recommend A1 Moving and Storage enough!

We hired A-1 mostly because my wife felt most comfortable with Jean and the value proposition she presented in their first meeting. When the job was completed, they had delivered on everything she had said.Very personable and professional people.We would work with them again without hesitation.

Lola came to house to review our needs, advise us of available services and give us a cost estimate. We were contacted day before scheduled move to confirm. Doug and Max were super! They arrived on time, came in and reviewed what needed to be moved and how it would be handled at pickup and at drop off location. Then, they got down to business. It was raining and they put down covering to protect traffic area for move. They were very efficient and professional, and they went extra mile moving some furniture that wasn’t going to new location to garage.

We needed a piano moved locally. A1 was quick to respond and worked us into their busy schedule. Everyone was very professional and friendly. The movers did an excellent job. Pricing was very reasonable compared to other local rates.

Thanks A-1 Movers! We have had movers once before and A-1 was much more thorough and professional. They were easy to communicate with, covered all the details and were mindful of our personal property. They noticed missing bed pieces so that we could be sure we had the all the correct pieces for them to reassemble beds correctly. They are family owned and have a smaller team that are super friendly and helpful. Because they have a smaller team, just be sure to get in touch early to work out a schedule! I highly recommend using A-1 for your moving and storage needs!
