I spent 5,000 or more with this shop my press break light still comes on on my dump truck. Took it back and basically told it is what it is. Light still on. $5000 dollars lol all folks want is peace on mind especially after spending that kind of money. Would not recommend.

I've never been there, but accurate needs to stop pointing the finger at the other businesses in their commercials and stick to their own business. It makes accurate look like a hateful demeaning company !

Won’t be back. Heard good things, but i am less than impressed. Wanted them to check my alignment that i already had done. They went ahead and did it anyway. Also couldn’t duplicate a problem that is clear as day.

I heard a lot of good things about accurate, So I felt good when I scheduled an appointment to get my truck aligned here. That was a mistake. They called me saying they can’t perform the alignment because the upper ball joints and pitman arm are bad. They said I would have to reschedule this job and quoted me over 1200$. I would’ve been ok paying this if they put forth a little effort and replaced the parts while my truck was there, not “oh we’ll have to reschedule this.”so I see where I stand on their priority list. Before I could get my key back they made sure they got their 46$ inspection fee out of me. I can get the work done the same day for 1/2 the price at another shop and they will treat me like a customer and not like a number. It’s not like their advertisement “Take it to Accurate” it’s more like get taken by accurate. They are getting 1/5 stars (I would’ve given them zero but I can’t) because they have a $45,000 lift in a nice shop that I helped pay for.

I have been going to Dennis and his crew for a lot of years and they treat me like a queen. They are very respectful and take the time to explain anything that needs fixing in English and if it's something that needs to be done immediately.

Had an appointment scheduled to an alignment after suspension components were just replaced. Alinement was not done and all they did was inspect my new suspension/steering components and still charged me a $43.50 inspection fee. So now driving on a wacked alignment and down 43 buck to a different shop.

Brought my semi in for a alignment to get done. They looked over the truck and found some parts wrong with it. Took me into the shop to show me and explain what needs to be done which I appreciated because another shop missed it. Very friendly people! Would highly recommend bringing your truck there for alignment or suspension work.

My grandfather and most of my family have been a patron over decades. They usually are super honest and trustworthy. So, I was shocked when I had them replace my brake rotors pads and calipers on my Subaru, one year later, they locked up on me. I was living in Green Bay and had it towed to the dealership. I had to replace them all again! I called Accurate. The gentleman that I in their commercials said, well too bad so sad, we do not warranty parts and not sure what happened sorry! Not, let me see what we can do for you. Maybe say, your family has been a customer for so long, let us work with you on some deal. Zero offers, just oh well, sorry we do not cover it! I was shocked and will never use them or recommend them again. One person, so arrogant not willing to help a customer.

It’s a hidden gem! Frank and I will be back to get work on our cars. Accurate is exactly what it means. Everyone should have their cars taken care of there. Fair prices and honest people too. You couldn’t ask for more.
