change me 120 to say I needed oil told me the car only take 4 and a half quartt they only put 3 didn't give it an oil change no filter no nothing just oil and changed 120.

I really don't want to write bad reviews but I feel as this one is a must. Recently took my F-250 in to have a rattling noise diagnostic. After them having it for three days the said my differential was one it's way out. I wasn't looking to spend to much money on it so I asked if they could just seal it back up and I'd pay for the services. Few days later my neighbor heard the noise as I drove past and he informed me that it is common for the parking brake springs to break, causing the the pads to wiggle within making that rattling noise. I was able to just remove the pads since I don't not need a parking brake and the noise was gone. None the less I am newer to the Fox valley area and I will not be returning to them.

My Z06 is factory aligned to negative degrees for race track. They aligned my car for street use so hoping tires will last a little longer. Great work and recommend this business!

They price gouge! My husband just got work done on his semi truck and it was a 2 hour job. They charged him 3 hours. And would not budge on the price. Stay away.

Accurate did a great job helping us with our vintage Class C RV. They communicated along the way and kept us informed on their progress and costs, giving us options for repairs. We brought in a beast that sounded like it was on its last leg, and brought home a 33 year old rig that runs like a tiger now. Very happy with our service, and the cost was below what we anticipated. Dropped the car off after close filled out the form which said if cost more than so much call me. They didn't call was 450 bucks when I was thinking 250 max. Not only that they probably should have asked if they should change the serpentine belt since they had to pull the motor mount off. worthless

John and the crew at Accurate are top notch. I recently had a major issue with my RV. It happened at 3:30PM on a Friday. I called and told John my situation and that I would be having the rig towed to the shop there. He gave me an after hours contact number. When I was finally able get a tow truck, 6 hours later, I gave John a call. He said no problem he would be there to open the gate when the tow truck arrived. I was informed of every detail while the repairs were made. This is the kind of service we need more of. Thank you Accurate!! 5 stars and I will recommend your shop every chance I get.
