I shop here when I know they have what I need and where it is located in the store because I've gotten them from here before. Although there are many other home improvement stores closer to me I often have to roam the stores because things are hard to find. The store is small so it doesn't take long to walk from one side to the other.

We rented a skid steer from them. Had it reserved for today. When we went to pick it up they had rented it to someone else. They claimed they tried calling but we don't have any missed calls. Bad customer service. Thanks for now delaying our project. Jerks.

Excellent job cutting a key for a 53 year old classic car. Another Ace store tried to do this & wouldn't use the X37 blank I told them would fit my lock cylinder. They cut the double sided key & a single sided for almost 10.00 total. It did not work. The Northland store cut the double sided key in about 5 minutes. Northland keys cost 1.99 single & 2.99 double. That's 1/2 what the other Ace charged me. Great job Northland Ace.
