I give this store 1 star for hiring people that are so disrespectful to customers.I recently had a very disappointing experience at Advance Auto Parts. My boyfriend purchased a part costing $120, plus a $60 deposit for returning the old part. Unfortunately, the part sold to him was incorrect. When we tried to return it, we were told it couldn't be returned because it was open and dirty. Despite this, the part and the receipt were kept by the store.I was brought in to help as I speak English well, and after discussing with the staff, it was agreed that if the part was cleaned, it could be returned. However, this was not what my boyfriend was initially told, leading to confusion and frustration.The situation escalated when my boyfriend was incorrectly identified as being of a certain ethnicity by the staff member, which was not only incorrect but also irrelevant to the situation. We felt this was a racially biased assumption, adding to our disappointment.To conclude, our experience at Advance Auto Parts was far from satisfactory. We hope that by sharing this, the store will take necessary steps to improve their customer service and ensure fair treatment for all customers, regardless of their race or ethnicity.

If I could put -1 star as a rating I would do it, the worst experience buying auto parts, I bought a caliper for my car and the man with the pink hair hairstyle, and the boy with the tattoo on his neck gave me the wrong piece and then they didn't want to give me back the money being still their fault, terrible attention if I could I would close this store THIEVES

Not good. I bought headlights and there was only 1 in the package, then they wouldn't take it as a return.

Online order experience was lackluster. Parts came up missing and when I say missing I mean they gave the parts to somebody else, how do you even manage that? I regret giving them my money. Won’t happen again.

After 30 years of doing business with this company I will never go back! Derrick Rotter is a rude piece of c**p who should not be in charge the store. Very unprofessional. I treat people the way they treat me and he has this and much more coming towards him after the way he was with me!Corporate people have decided to bury this incident and have discontinued my perks membership. They side with someone that should not be in charge over a loyal customer of over 30 years. Surprised after what has happened to Bud light that this is their course of action.

Purchased a fuel pump online and it wand it was malfunctioning and and I had to repurchase A new one in instead of exchanging it... Which was kind of a pain because I Don't live in the area my son needed It and while I was on the phone trying to repurchase One of the employees made a comment about about making Payments on this fuel filter saying we are on a fixed income. Just so he knows I am not on a fixed income I just figured why should I pay for it all up front when I can make 4 easy pays and not to pay any interest.

Just really rude didn't know what he was talking about and took me like 20 min to find out they didn't have the part I was looking for, it seem that they don't care about losing customers.
