I'm not going to lie, their shop guy, Chris, in the back is an absolute lifesaver! I've taken heads there for him to redo, blocks, crankshafts... He always has excellent service and excellent advice.

Bad premium parts. Alternator didn't make it past three months. The battery light indicator is already flashing on and off, which signals when it's a bad alternator, soon it will start to stay on all the time.
I don't want to fight with a warranty on this one. I can't keep changing alts every 2 to 3 months until I get a good one. We wouldn't have to buy warranties if they made quality parts, and they had better standards.
Also, I came to learn soon after I bought it. It's not a lifetime warranty. They give you two free replacements only. You can only replace it twice. It only lasted 3 months.
Buyer beware. And no, it's not squeaky belt. That won’t turn the indicator on even if it was making noises. The alt belt is fine. I had recently put a new belt on it.

Website is horrible. You can't scroll or select anything without a pop-up or add covering the screen. They say items are in-stock at the store but when you get there that is not the case.

WARNING: Do NOT use them as a UPS drop-off location. I dropped off a pre-printed package a few days ago. After 2 days there was no tracking information available. I called to ask if the package was picked up. They said that it was. I waited another day, called UPS.. They told me the package had not been scanned yet. I physically drove to Advance Auto Parts to have them do a search. After a bit of fumbling around, the GM asked if the product inside the package was a plaque. I said "yes". He turned around and grabbed the plaque off the shelf behind him and handed it to me. He said they didn't know what the package was, so they opened it and set the containing product on the shelf. I left the store with the plaque and no box that it was shipped in, ran back to the office, re-printed the label, re-packaged and drove to the UPS store to ship. Advance Auto Parts not only DID NOT hand the package to the driver for pickup, but they opened the package, set the containing product aside and forgot about it. Completely unacceptable and not to be trusted.

Excellent customer service and capable staff. Went in for wiper repair and they were helpful in getting me what i needed ata good price got the wipers on quickly and efficiently and overall gave an excellent customer service experience. Too bad im an out of towner or theyd be my regular stop
