I can’t say enough good things about this salon! From the moment I walk in, the vibe is always welcoming and relaxed. The whole team is friendly and professional, and they truly care about giving you exactly what you want. My stylist faith, always listens closely and offers helpful suggestions, and completely nails the look I go for everytime I get my haircut. I walk out feeling confident, refreshed, and obsessed with my hair. Been going there for over a year now!! Definitely go-to spot! 💇♀️💖 Highly recommend to anyone looking for talented stylists and great energy!!!

I’ve avoided posting this review for a while, because the people here are really nice, and I feel bad that I didn’t like the haircuts. However, in the couple times that I’ve gone here, it has been an unfortunate experience. I made sure to book the “new client” appointment each time, as it’s supposed to include a consultation with the stylist. However, at the first appointment, the stylist seemed confused when I asked about the consultation, and seemed eager to start the haircut when I tried to explain the reference pictures I brought. My hair ended up being shorter and choppier than I expected. I didn’t want them to try to “fix” it by cutting it even shorter, so I booked with a different stylist the next time. The second stylist at least looked at the pictures I brought, but didn’t ask any questions about which elements I liked (or disliked) in each of the photos. I assumed she understood what I was asking for, but I ended up with very visible layers, when I thought I was asking for a blended look. I had trouble styling my hair for months after that appointment until my hair grew out. I sent an email to the salon that time asking if it was fixable, but they never responded. I got my hair cut today at a different salon with a stylist who looked at the reference pictures with me, let me explain what I was looking for, and asked questions to make sure we were on the same page. The haircut was exactly what I have been trying (and failing) to get at the Ahava salon since I moved to Wisconsin. The “consultation” that they offer with new clients does NOT guarantee that the stylist will actually talk with you about the haircut you want. I cannot recommend this salon, or at the very least cannot recommend the two women who cut my hair.

Wonderful atmosphere, super kind and friendly staff, and Faith is AMAZING with curly/wavy hair! 10/10 would 100% recommend and I'll definitely be back to see her.

Jensen is an absolutely incredible colorist for blondes. She made my highlights look natural and beautiful. The tone was perfect. I highly recommend her if you want the perfect healthy blonde. She’s easily the best around.

Randy was absolutely amazing! This was my 11 year old daughters very first haircut. He took the time to really listen to her and explain things. The smile on her face at the end said it all. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely wonderful salon! I'm from out of town & really wanted a fresh haircut, and I was lucky enough to get booked with Tamra. Her and the receptionists were so warm & welcoming. Tamra listened exactly to what I wanted and explained every step to me, she was lovely to talk to. My hair turned out better than I imagined! Thank you!

I had come in to get my hair colored by Faith. We went from a faded out brassy blonde to the most beautiful brown. I am beyond satisfied with how it turned out! Faith did a really good job, will be back in the future 100 percent :)

Horrible customer service. Had a color job not turn out good more than once. The salon would not honor it saying I have to pay. Lots of junior stylists here. I used to do hair in Chicago and do not recommend this salon.
