Update: The manager saw my review and reached out. He was very nice and helpful and was able to take charge of my billing issues and get them resolved right away for me. He also took the time to inquire more about what our other issues have been. I was left satisfied with the call, hoping we start to see some change in their service.
We use them for gas services. Half the time I place an order it never gets delivered so a week later I have to call again to complain. They also will leave our empty tanks here instead of swapping them out and we end up getting billed rent for empty tanks that we wanted them to take away. Don't even get me started on trying to call them to remedy the issues. I've called to get our bills corrected, they apologize and tell me they will take care of it, but here I am a month and a half later and nothing has been corrected. Literally the worst vendor we have to deal with as a business. These are not new issues, this is how they have operated since we started using their gas 2 years ago. I desperately wish there was another option in our area.

EDIT: The branch manager's apology went a long way toward putting them in a better light. I don't understand why the salesperson treated me poorly, but Scott went above and beyond to make it right. I appreciate the dedication that Scott embodies.

Terrible company. I would recommend this store to someone I didn’t like I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else Any other weld supply company would be better . Never have items in stock! Everything I’ve ordered for years takes weeks to show up. You can get everything you need on Amazon it will be in stock and shipped immediately. Customer service is a not! They are rude , they will ignore and act like you are not standing in the show room. Only worried about the big construction companies in the area! No money made off the little guys. Try Kalmerton in Oshkosh very respectable company plus great costumer service

Avoid doing business if possible! They don’t communicate expectations and costs clearly, so you will end up with a surprise when it comes time to pay. When I called out the failure to communicate, and to set expectations I was told there is nothing they can do and corporate sets all of the prices. The overall experience was horrible from a customer service perspective.

I stopped at Your Appleton location looking for some corner clamps, in short I was told I would be better off looking on Amazon. Won't be going back.

This very large and clean store carries all your welding needs. From wire to gas you can find it here. They also carry safety supplies and protective gear for all your safety needs. The store opens early (7:30) and also sells dry ice over the counter.
