Booked Alamo with an Allegiant Airline bundle. Paid $1500 for a 17 day rental. Upon picking up the car I was ambushed with another $350 in charges by Alamo!!!

The Alamo office is conveniently located right at the airport. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. The car was very clean and basically brand new. It was quite easy to make my reservation through the Allegiant app at the time of booking my flight and everything went very smoothly. Would definitely right from Alamo again!

Recently rented a bronco from the Appleton Wisconsin Alamo rental office. People were fantastic, helping us at the desk as well as processing our vehicle upon our return. There was a question about a ding in the car that they researched going back to previous camera feeds and determined that it was there prior to them giving us the car. That’s outstanding. The vehicle itself wasn’t as clean as I expected it to be and had a couple of electronic messages that would intermittently come on and off during our weeklong rental. For that I removed one star If I could, I would give them 4.5 stars

Friendly staff and easy drop off and pickup. Vehicle did not smell nice, but can’t pin down what it was. It was clean though, so I don’t know. In any event, I’d use Alamo again.

Literally EVERYTHING was PERFECT with my car rentalexperience! From landing in Appleton to check in for the car rental, the car itself, the rental, drop off, literally EVERYTHING. Everyone here at this Alamo are so AWESOME!

Loved the fact that I wasn’t pushed for add ons. Adding my husband as a driver was dat no cost. Reservations process, pickup and drop off were so easy. And the price for the rental was reasonable. I will choose Alamo again

It was a learning experience. Everyone was very kind but they didn’t have a book and I was not shown where gas cap,, how to use cruise or wipers plus I had to borrow plug in for phone from family member - usually mine always fit. ✌️
