I'm a little embarrassed to leave this review but also perturbed that this actually happened. I woke up late after working late and asked my wife if she wanted to have a lunch date. We went to our favorite Asian buffet. After lunch, my wife asked if we could stop at Aldi for a few things. I obviously obliged. We pulled into the parking lot and the Chinese food was already moving south (probably because I didn't take the proper time for my morning dump because I was excited for our date). My wife began to shop. I went to one of the gender neutral bathrooms (which makes no difference to me, but it does in this situation because there are no interior stall walls in this bathroom). I sit down to do my business and peruse Facebook. I reach for the TP and there is none on the one side (I began the "no f*cking way" talk to myself). I move the slider and check the other side, and it is EMPTY!! Not even one square on either roll. The time was 1:30 in the afternoon, not closing time. Unless this Aldi is a safe haven for homeless people to use the bathroom or for customers from the Taco Bell across the street to make a run for the border and the border is this Aldi bathroom, if not either of these two reasons, it's an act of carelessness for the business' reputation. I mean, you sell toilet paper, you have an unlimited supply. This is purely a lack of attention to detail. Whatever the reason, I'm in a dire situation. I check the baby changing station for wax paper covers, none. There are no toilet seat covers to use. There are no paper towels and I don't think the Dyson hand-dryer can blow my butt clean, effectively. I could have called my wife, and waited creepily behind the door, with my pants still down, while she snuck me a few strips of TP. I did not want to draw that sort of attention to this situation. I didn't have socks on, because I wore my Dude shoes. I chose to go commando that day (which I was now regretting). My only option was to use my plain white t-shirt that was under my sweatshirt. I take my sweatshirt off and put it on the baby changing station. I take off my t-shirt, and now reality is setting in......after my first wipe, I remember that this is the t-shirt I wore under my tux at my wedding and the t-shirt I wore under my sweater-vest when my daughter was born......i only wore it on special occasions......it's almost 16 years old and I wore it three times.....I wore it to our lunch date because we haven't had a lunch date in a while and I thought it was going to be a special day.........at this point, it's too late to save the shirt.....the damage was already done. No stain-stick can erase this from my memory. I thought about flushing it down the toilet so the shirt would leave my possession with a hilarious story, while I pictured the Aldi employee unclogging the toilet and finding my sh*t-stained t-shirt, and cursing me only to realize that it was their fault because they had no TP.....Thank you Aldi for literally sh*tting on my memories.

Love Aldi and all the finds we have at this store! They just implemented self check out that’s pretty awesome as well. Couldn’t recommend enough for cheaper, but just as great groceries and oddities.

I love Aldi's. I should have been shopping here a long time ago. Milk is cheaper at Aldi's than any other store. The fruit is also inexpensive. Don't get used to a product though, when it is gone, it's gone, at least for now. I haven't shopped there enough to know if products reappear in the future. Some items are the same price as in any other retail establishment, however, most are at a lower price. In closing, in this day of extremely high prices, I absolutely love Aldi's!

Aldi delivered on the seventh of July, threw a ten pound of bag of potatoes away four days ago because a couple rotted and ruined the whole bag and left a stinky wet mess on the kitchen table. Threw away a whole bag of Sunkist oranges today too when they all turned blue.

Very clean and well kept at all times. Excellent produce section with seasonal items available - all priced waaaaay lower than big grocery stores.Meat section is a small area, but very good cuts. Chicken breasts are a favorite for my family. Two rows of misc. Items are always fun to visit. This location is just a really nice place all in all. Prices are the best.

Aldi has decent prices. Produce is hit and miss, but sometimes there are good prices on fresh produce. The also stores are a smaller size than your typical grocery store, which is great if you just need a quick trip to the market. I would rather do my regular grocery shopping at Woodman's, for price and selection. But Aldi definitely has it's place. They will get a rotating selection of specialty foods that are available for a limited time. It's good to stop in from time to time to see what's new. Sometimes you can find fun, unique items. Aldi accepts credit cards now, which they didn't do a few years ago. They have good prices on small flower bouquets.

Always do my grocery shopping here, and it's great! I love the few aisles they have for non food like kitchen appliances, etc. They have a small section of workout equipment as well, and I bought a treadmill bike that tracks my miles, pulse, and minutes for only 100 dollars. 105 with tax. I was amazed. It's super easy to build, and I've been using it. The weight limit goes up to 350 lbs! Thanks, Aldi, for allowing me to work out within the comfort of my own home and at a cheap price, too ❤️

I just completed my first curbside pickup at the Richmond location. I had Catherine bring my food out, she was very rude. After I put everything in my vehicle (which I wanted to do) I said, thank you, nicely. She just turned around and shook her head. My 10 year old daughter noticed and asked me, “why was she mad.” I’m not even sure what just happened, super weird. I didn’t do a thing. But I hope I never have to deal with her again.

My local Aldi grocery store is always stocked with fresh fruits and vegetables. Lowest prices in the area for produce. Nice meat selection and other grocery staples. If new to Aldi, bring a quarter for grocery cart (returned when finished) and your own reusable bags.
