Has been my primary vet for 6 years. Noticed my dog has a loose tooth while I was brushing his teeth and I fear it may be infected. Called to see about getting him in for a professional cleaning and potentially getting the tooth pulled and treated if it is infected. They said unless he changes eating habits then he isnt a priority and they have an opening in 7 weeks... Yeah Ill just wait until my dog is in extensive pain and potentially at risk of death from an infection! ?

The staff is amazing and took such good care of my little boy. We're so grateful that you were able to fit us in and give us plenty of advice to get him the help he needed. Don't hesitate to take your conure or tropical bird to this amazing place

Great doctors & seemingly great staff. Downside…In 10 years I can’t remember more than 2 times someone answered the phone and was able to help me right away.. more than 9x10 you will be placed on hold & wait. Staff have too much on their plate and for that they don’t keep people long term, it seems. But in all fairness, you could say that about almost any place now days. But the doctors are knowledgeable.

These people are knowledgeable bunny vets!!!I have had many difficulties finding a veterinarian I could trust who knew how to treat small exotics and finding one local really is likened to striking gold! I've been through the ringer all over the fox valley. The vet on staff talked to me about how to care for my rabbit and knew common bunny ailments, also helped correct a very unorthodox and unethical treatment from a vet in greenbay. They made me feel confident in their services after this inccident and treated my little Holland Lop buck with utmost love and care, the receptionist walking him out almost seemed sorry to see him leave. Amazing treatment, knowledgeable and I will be recommending this clinic to other small exotics pet owners and especially my other bunny contacts. The cost for medications and service is exponentially less then other clinics. I will be very loyal to All Creatures.

We had to take my duck to an emergency visit because she was acting weak. I give 4 stars for them making room for us and making the visit quick. I cannot thank them enough. The receptionists and the nurse were so kind and friendly. The place was clean.I only remove one star because we essentially got the news our duck was going to die and the doctor himself had no bedside manner. He kept re-enforcing that it was fatal and explaining over and over again what was going on. I understood the first time and it took a lot to not tell him to shut up. He didn’t offer sympathy, either. This is a personal pet that I raised from babyhood. He didn’t seem to care and was trying to say as clearly as possible she was going to die, a message I clearly got the moment I saw her x-rays. The blows of hearing it repeated gave no comfort. Thanks again to the staff for accommodating us short notice and being quick with the appointment.Picture of my girl, Agatha.

Great staff. We have taken all of our animals here (4 cats and 2 dogs so far and counting). They are kind, compassionate, patient, and always answer any questions we have.

The day I took my dog in to put her down, I asked the lady at the vet's office that was doing the initial paperwork if they offered the service of ink paw prints because I wanted to get a tattoo of Emily's paw print. She said they did...that the cremation place they use offers a clay paw print, and an ink paw print with a snippet of her hair. She told me I could order extra if I'd like to. I didn't really care too much about the clay paw print (I already made one years ago), but told her I'd take 2 of the ink prints with hair snippets and explained to her that I wanted the extra one to give to the tattoo artist. A week later I got the call that everything was ready. Picked everything up, got home and looked through the bag. Wooden box of her ashes and 2 clay prints. No ink prints, no hair. So I called them and explained that my ink prints and hair were missing. She told me they don't do those. I told her the entire conversation that I had that day with the person in the room with me and she told me she was very sorry but I was misinformed. She suggested I take the clay print in and have them see if they could do a tattoo from it. However, the clay doesnt have the detailing of her pads...its just a flat, smooth indention. No pad lines or any sort of detail. That's not what I wanted or was expecting. And now it's too late - there is nothing they can do to fix their mistake.

This ones a hard one for me. They helped me with a few animals. But, our challenging situation was Gremlin. He was a rabbit with teeth issues and ALL CREATURES made it overly convenient. Even after I missed numerous appointments due to kids, life, and whatever else. They really care about your animals. Their part of the family. Today we lost Gremlin and while it hurts. I know he was given his best chance at life because of the ongoing care he received at ALL CREATURES. Many other local entities wouldn't help or said there was no help. Thanks for everything.

When I took my cat here in 2019, I got a quote for a neuter procedure and was asked if I wanted him declawed. I was really offended. They didn’t share any information on complications from declawing. It is a very cruel thing to do to a cat and I would never ask for that to be done to him. There was also no medical reasoning for it. I think you should think twice about going to a vet that is so neutral about backwards practices like this.

I take my parrot here to get his beak and nails trimmed, also sometimes for wellness checkups. The doctor and vets are very experienced and handle tricky animals with care, like parrots. My parrot absolutely hates the doc and will charge at him when he enters the room, but the doc is always calm about it and handles things very well.I am also leaving the country for six months, my original plan was to bring Charlie (my parrot)- and the doc researched very helpful info for me to look thru. It helped a lot, if I decide to bring him in the future. It was very nice of him to go out of his way to do all that research to help me.I highly recommend this vet clinic for your birds/parrots.

We have been with All Creatures for over 20 years - they have provided experienced and compassionate care for all of our house rabbits. I understand it is hard to find rabbit savvy vets in the Fox Valley and am very grateful we found All Creatures early in our bunny journey. In 2020, Dr. Orzel was wonderful helping us with expert vet care when our beloved Baxter developed arthritis in his old age. She helped us make sure he was kept as healthy and happy as possible for as long as he was with us. Most recently in July 2022, Dr. Sieber provided expert vet care and great compassion when our beloved Bexley experienced a rare condition that prevented him from swallowing. While there was no cure, Dr. Sieber's testing and knowledge, explained in a such caring and compassionate manner, enabled us to make the heart-breaking decision to help our bun cross the rainbow bridge. I highly recommend All Creatures to anyone in the Fox Valley who is needing house rabbit care and counsel.

My leopard gecko desperately needed to be seen and Jill was a super blessing in getting us in the same week, plus lovely and upbeat. All of the staff was! They were very sympathetic and knowledgeable towards my options, as it's end of life care for my little one. I cannot thank you guys enough for getting me peace of mind and direction on what I can do with whatever time she has left. I'll keep you posted.

Respectful and caring staff. But they could definitely stand to update their practices and equipment when dealing with exotics. I went here to have my birds nails trimmed with a grinder which they did to the best of their ability using a grinder made for Dogs nails not birds, the visit was a little more than pointless and after spending 3 hours to get there $100 in gas and over $100 in vet bills I will not be going out of my way to visit them again even though I believe the vet is a very caring and capable vet I feel like I could have done a better job with somebody assisting me and holding the bird and I would have used the proper tool for the job
