The other brands they sell of exotics meats are alright. The stuff they make in house is where it’s at. I’m from Oklahoma and come to Appleton for work/school, I always make a point to come here

Very well ran small family business. Samples available for all of their in-house made beef jerky and the widest selection of jerky and meat that I have ever seen. They are also highly supportive of military and veterans through discounts and shipments to deployed service members.

Awesome place to go if you like jerky. They have bugs and hot sauces for sale also. They alligator, ostrich, emu, camel, bison and other different animals made into jerky that they make to jerky, although they may sometimes mix in beef and or pork to help with the dryness of other meats.

I just stopped here to check out the exotic jerky and let me tell ya, I was hesitant on the Dr Pepper jalapeño in house jerky, but damn. By far the best beef jerky I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to try the elk chili I got. Also, the staff were super helpful and over the top friendly. See y’all next week.

Unfortunately...not a way to rate as a 10++ !!!I love stopping in here when I am in town visiting my kids & grands. The staff are ALWAYS super friendly, and nice, never grumpy! There is always a huge variety of amazingly great hot sauces!! Fresh/frozen Exotic meats are available all the time. Aligator, rattle snake, elk, bison, camel, ostrich, goat and even good old rabbit!! The jerky they make in house, is pretty much always the same kevel of great!!!! So no hit or miss on this, like a few of the other places who make fresh jerky as well. My grands love coming in here with me. The staff have ALWAYS been welcoming to the littles and interact so nicely with them. They even have a "prize" box for the kids. It is a great family run business! A bonus few ++'s for their dedication to our great men & women who are our freedom protectors!! The two staff that was in there today, when I stopped in.... Super awesome!! I even felt compelled to bring in a little bottle of a great tasting irish whiskey i had just discovered, and was able to find just up the street at a liquor store, and swing back in and give to the young man who i had had a conversation with about it. Just nice folks all the way around!!Oh, and I've met the owner a few times, great guy as well. I come in from South Dakota and this is one of my pretty regular stops.
