I took my 4 kids mid week for some fun. I walked in and couldn't believe how filthy this place was. I understand people are messy, but this was actually so nasty that we left early. What happened to this place! YUCK! Spend your money elsewhere!

Went there today 3/30/24, wasn’t impressed at all, bathrooms where dirty, no toilet paper in the women’s bathroom,floors where dirty,garbages were all over flowing! Overall disgusting and overall very disappointed!

It was an amazing experience my two children loved the ropes course that was offered and the arcade was a nice addition to the park! Staff was extremely helpful when it came to asking questions and getting checked into the park. We also ordered a pizza and not only did it come out in about 10-15 minutes but it was very good. Overall a very fun and nice experience!!

Computer system was down. Staff was unhelpful stood around and talked. They didn’t inform anyone as people tried to check in. Just stood there…. Facility was very dirty. Floors were full of litter and clearly not cleaned in a long time. They over charged me and couldn’t give me a refund. Police disturbance in the parking lot.

The young girl working the counter was great! My fee was .14 cents short and I was going to go out to my truck and she actually grabbed her own purse and covered it for me. Very unexpected & Great service!

This place was great when it opened but they let everything run down hill and fast. Although I will admit they have fixed a few of the problems in the ninja course (probably after a kid gashed his head open on exposed equipment) it still has a lot of work a head. Attached are just a few pictures of broken and run down things at this park. The trampoline is the most scary considering kids still jumpped on it and the only thing indicating that there was something wrong was caution tape. The fact that this is a place for kids to run around and jump and the carpeting is peeling up it just looks like it is more of a hazard. On top of all the problems, I've been coming here every month since the beginning of this year to get my membership updated and they keep messing it up causing the same problem every time I come. I will give altitude until next February to fix their problems or I will be cancelling the membership and going elsewhere.

Had our daughter’s birthday party here this last Saturday, Staff was amazing and on point with everything we needed! Our party server Sami definitely went above and beyond to make sure our little girl had an awesome day!Thank you again

Two stars. We paid full price to get there and find out a bunch of the attractions are closed. It would have been nice to know that before coming. Paid for two hours for a 10 and 12 year old to be bored out of their minds. Won't be back

Overall my son had a fun experience. My reason for low rating is due to cleanliness. We went on a Tuesday morning opening at 10am. There still was old food wrappers and food stuck to tables and floors. Inside the slide and climbing areas food wrappers, bandaids, an un opened juice bottle thrown up into a netted area. I felt so gross I took my socks off before I put my shoes. In addition I changed our clothes immediately after returning home. I would never return unless cleaning practices are instated.

While this is such a fun place to go especially during the cold season, it is very sad how this has turned out to be filthy. It used to be such a cool and clean place. Nowadays or maybe since a year ago, you will find wrappers, trash, clumps of dirt/dust that accumulated for I don’t know how long (especially in the climbing tunnel/slide), foam pieces everywhere and so unsafe for littles who pick them up and shove them in their mouth if you look away for a minute. Sanitizer dispensers are always empty. It’s also frustrating that no one oversees the toddler area. A bunch of older kids keep hanging in the rim, play rough basketball with littles all around them. For the amount you pay, you’d question why this place has not been maintained well.

Two thumbs down. Visited the Appleton Location today. Took my little brother because he wanted to do the air obstacle course. Pay full price for the two of us to find out that they would not be opening the air obstacle course, the spin jump room, and no basketballs in the basketball hoop area. I went back to the counter to ask for a discount as I am paying full price for all the amenities, and they told me no. So I paid for 2 hours and wasn’t even there for an hour. I will definitely be switching over to Urban Air as my future air/adventure park.

Rented a party room for my kids as they were celebrating their birthdays. The party helper that came to the room was super high and couldn’t even focus to talk to me about what the package included. I went downstairs to help out some of the kids who were invited and as I approached the counter, the worker told me she needed to take a call. I waited patiently until she was done. Watched her relay the message about the accident outside. Then watched her pick up chips and proceeded to gossip with the other workers who weren’t helping anyone else who was also waiting at the counter. I said “excuse me” she apologized and I told her “I paid for a party for 2 hours and would like to make my money worth it”. She helped but it did irritate me. Also to find out they’re no fully stocked with socks of correct sizes. Some of the kids had to use bigger socks. As the party was ending, the party helper came upstairs and asked what size my kids were since they get a gift from them for their birthdays. I told them the size and they didn’t have any large or extra large. So my kids weren’t able to receive a gift. I took two mediums and gave it to younger kids who came to the party. I’m disappointed I wasted almost $400+ on a unorganized and unhelpful staff. The kids had fun and I guess that’s all that matters. Not worth the money.

Absolutely filthy, dust covers everything. We got there right when they were opening, the floors were dirty, garbage cans full, soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty. The amount of money they charge us and they can't to afford to pay some to clean up? Things are broken and not replaced. Disappointed to see how much this place has went downhill.
