The employees are mostly kind, mainly raring at 2 because I feel the quality of clothes has gone down so much but the price has gone up. It's not worth it anymore.

I used to work here and it was horrible. The management told me to "not discuss my hourly pay" with my coworkers, which is totally illegal. The head manager is super intimidating and off putting. Overall terrible work environment.

Not sure why a brand like American Eagle would entrust their customer experience and customer deliveries to UDS, a 1-star shipper. These retailers already have a hard enough time not going out of business … and then outsourcing deliveries to a 1-star shipper is probably not a great decision if you care about your customers and care about staying in business. If I knew my online order would have been in the hands of UDS as the delivery partner of AE I never would have placed the order. And AE shouldn’t make customer wait almost 3 weeks before they will cancel the order and offer full refund. Amazon only makes a customer wait a few days if a package is delayed before they issue a refund and that is why customers love Amazon. Their service and return policy is very customer friendly and more brands should take notice. Or they can make their policies non- customer friendly and painful and eventually go out of business like so many brick and mortar retailers.

As a male entering his first professional job, I had difficulty finding clothing..But the staff was very helpful. I was helped by Marisol, and she assisted me in finding everything that I needed! I felt great knowing that everything that I purchased was right for me. Great overall experience!

Went into the store to find my husband jeans for family photos yesterday. Never once was I greeted or acknowledged that I was even the store despite me having questions by either of the three employees. AE had crazy weird sizes left in a lot of their khakis which I was shopping for and unfortunately didn’t have a single pair the ones I screenshot from their website to find in store. The one person by the Jean section I was in was standing there like one of your racks, staring off into space. No smile, no “can I help you find anything” and disappeared each time I made eye contact to ask him if he could check sizes in the back. Unfortunately I don’t shop here anymore. I feel like the women’s clothes are either crop tops or super baggy. None of these styles are for mom body’s anymore I feel and a lot of the patterns are atrocious but yet the men’s stuff is Basic and nice. Makes no sense. Prices are high from when I used to wear the stuff which also is a turn off.

Yuppie city. If you like these clothes here they are, a ton of foreign country made products, unsustainably made. The shirts are so thin & cheap feeling...is everything vintage look or stone washed? They're a bit out of touch on price versus quality. I felt like I was at a prep school when I tagged along to return something with a friend.
