I took a "new to me" Ranger in to have some electronics moved around, installed, and wiring done. I asked them to also check on a few things electronically for me. Rick in service was great to work with. Communication from start to finish was above and beyond. Andrew did the work and absolutely knocked it out of the park. It is clearly obvious that he has A LOT of experience with doing work like this. He was also in communication with me during the process to make better recommendations about how I may want to do the install. Andrew went above and beyond taking care of my rig. I HIGHLY recommend using Anchor Marine for any electronics install. I can only imagine that the rest of the service department for engines is just as good.

Its spring "24 and I'm an old guy (cancer survivor so far) trying to get my fish locators that I bought from Bass Pro working properly. There is (EMI) interference somewhere in the old boat that leaves the screens full of dots and has driven me crazy for weeks. The service guy at Bass Pro recommended I call Travis at Anchor Marine for some help. He was booked solid but took the time to listen to my problem and instantly knew the source of the interference. For the record, I had already spoken to the manufacturer 3 times and 5 so called professionals at boat sales and marine installers from Milwaukee to Green Bay hoping to find someone I could pay to have this repaired or at least analyzed. THANK YOU TRAVIS !!! YOU RESTORED MY FAITH IN HUMANITY. I GUARRENTEE MY NEW BOAT WILL COME FROM YOU!! God Bless, SK

The staff helped us to have a not so common boat key made, so we had a spare. They took the time to get it right even though the boat was over 30 years old, and they don't sell that brand.

I had an issue with my new (under a yr. old) Minn Kota Ulterra trolling motor. The unit didn't stow or deploy or run at all. So Minn Kota headquarters said I should seek an authorized service center, also I've had a Minn Kota battery charger issue. I've been around boats all my life being a former Charter Boat Capt. just wanted to say my experience there was 100% satisfaction with the repairs & the staff! Would highly recommend Anchor Marine in Appleton, WI.

I can't say enough good things about using this shop for work on engines. Very knowledgeable staff and owner, reasonable rates, quality work, and willing to discuss troubleshooting questions. I own a Yammi 115 4 stroke that was running rough at spring start-up. Between the work I did (that they helped me troubleshoot at no cost) and they work I had them do (that was beyond my ability and at a very reasonable price), it is now running just like it should. They will help you troubleshoot and if you can't fix it they definitely will and at a very reasonable price.

My husband and I took our boat in at the beginning of June because it was making a weird noise. They tore the boat apart, charged us $500 to tell us the boat was fine and that the noise was "normal" although it never made that sound in the past.Then come time to get our boat winterized they told us there were several things wrong and it would cost us $1000 to fix it... When they told us what was wrong with it, we mentioned we brought it in for that in June and was told nothing was wrong with it. The gentleman we spoke with said that the problem should have been caught when we had it in the shop in June.We called today to see if they were done with the boat and were told "it has been done for weeks," but we never received a phone call telling us that. They also informed us that it wasn't $1000 anymore it was now $1800 for an error they missed at the beginning of the summer.We have really like this place in the past, but won't be bringing our boat here anymore. Lack of communication, missing fixes that should have been caught and then sharing their error but not taking any responsibility for their mistake.
