They will try to upsell you use T.A.P and it ruined my nails. It dried out my cuticles and gave me a fungus, I may lose my nails thanks to this poor service. Would not recommend at all.

I asked for a simple French manicure and they absolutely butchered my nails. Along with the horrible job they did it was also $82 when they told us it would be $60 when we walked in. I was also cut in multiple places. If you want to get your nails done and actually like them afterwards…. Don’t come here. Expensive, sloppy job, cut me and took so long for what??

Wanted to have a relaxing mani experience today and it was anything but that. The person doing my nails asked about upgrading my manicure which is fine but she would not let it go. I felt harassed.

Total scam. Went here instead of my regular place since it was the only place open on Sundays. Don’t waste your breath. Went for a fill, which is $55 on the website. Got upcharged to $75 for services I didn’t ask for and weren’t disclosed during the service. Took over 2 hours for a fill. Terrible experience.

The prices are insane. I went here to get my nails done for my wedding, i felt there was tons of miscommunication and confusion over the pricing, it was very unclear until after nails were already finished. After this i was very pressured into tipping after paying $300.

It sounds like I had the same experience as many others who have left reviews. I asked for the basic pedicure and was asked multiple times throughout my service to increase what I was getting done and I said no. I left paying $65 for a basic pedicure. I'd love to know what all the pedicures listed on the website include.

Brought my Granddaughter here for a pedi for the both of us. Was told childrens pedicure was $35 and mine $45, which was fine. But then got a upcharge of $25 each for shellac, which I was told it was a extra $15 per pedi. which was not the case, They did give her a "free" flower design because he said that was free for children under 10. ( which they charged me for) I got the bill and it was 171.50, with tip they added. So not worth it, will never be returning. Not because of service but the lack of ability to communicate with customer regarding the cost and upcharges.

Scammed with price. They were trying to convince me to pay more for a better package and I continuously said no. After I confirmed the price of the basic pedicure with gel we moved forward. They wouldn’t show me a cost sheet to help me understand pricing. After my 40 minute pedicure the cost was 91 dollars for what was supposed to be a basic pedicure with gel.

I paid $97. I wanted the first picture and left with that. The tech I got looked unsure and the manager kept coming over to take over. When I said the lines were brown they said it was too much brown so I just let them use the black. I don’t know how she saw white in the picture but she added white. They were nice but my nails aré ugly and I had to pay someone else to fix them. I didn’t speak up so partly my fault but how do you look at that picture and let someone leave with these nails.

I just want to thank Andy for the fantastic job he did!! I had a couple bad nails, popping up and a little to thick! Andy took the time to make it right!! Then he gave me just a little more by adding this beautiful magnetic shimmer!! Thanks Andy I appreciate what you did for me!!

I have been coming to this nail spa off and on with my roommates for fun, relaxing pedicures for a few years now. Today I was just charged $90 plus a 20% tip for quite possibly the lamest pedicure ever. There was someone across from me who was already mid pedicure when I started and she was still there when I was done. He barely massaged my legs and when he did it was basically to slap some lotion on me… I requested the best pedicure they offer… which has included hot stones and a great massage on your legs and feet and sometimes even my hands in the past. This man could hardly wait to be done. I will definitely not be coming back and I highly recommend checking out a different place.

The staff is very nice and the place is clean. They advertise prices on their web site (not posted in store) and then have miscellaneous up charges that seem to be discretionary (up charge for the French tip being extra curved, for example)(on almond shaped nails … on top of the up charge for the special shaped nail up charge), among several other up charges for one person… the up charges are hidden. My recommendation to you if you go is to ask exactly what your inspiration photo will cost, if you’re not familiar with these practices. We were very shocked that the price was over $20 more than we were expecting from their web site prices.
