I’ve ordered from this company several times a year for nearly 20 years. The phone staff is friendly and efficient and the orders are shipped promptly. I usually get my orders in Chicago next day or 2 days later. I had a problem with an order a couple times, and they quickly took care of it to my satisfaction with no hassle. Their prices are usually the best, and if they’re slightly over others you at least you know you’re doing business with a company you can rely on.

I placed an order and everything was confirmed and then a few days later they said that my card wasn't compatible for the systems but it already said it was confirmed and approved I will shop at Atlanta Barber supply they always have good customer service!!!

They don't answer emails, products are out of stock, Wahl Magic Clip Connector/Circuit Board, I want to buy, but they don't care about meeting the needs of their loyal buyers.

I received my order very quickly in Hamilton Montana western side of the state. Later called back spoke to Vern and he was willing to spend time with me on the phone and even offered to help with warranty concerns on a clipper NOT purchased from him. He even shipped me a couple of tiny little parts that were add-ons that I missed at no cost to me. Folks this just doesn’t happen anymore. I’ve been out those 27+ years and have never had this kind of customer service.Vern and Appleton barber supply are one of a kind. Your new lifetime customer thank you.

I ordered a case of 6 1/2 gallon sized barbicide and a case of clippercide awhile back, received quickly and in good shape. Very impressed with how swift shipping was, as well as having the supplies available for purchase. I've ordered several times from Appleton and have never been let down by them. They are my go to for any supplies that I need for work.

Wow - a really excellent experience! Ordered late on a Thursday, shipped early Friday morning and arrived in California on Monday via free 2 day priority mail! And this was for hard to get Oster clippers (due to Covid-19 shutdown) and really nice Andis guards - at exceptional prices compared to other online storefronts. Very impressed!

This is literally the fastest shipping company I have ever seen. I am in Houston and both orders I have recieved have been shipped by the same day or next day and get here in like 2 to 3 days! Website is easy to navigate! Will continue to use!
