I visited multiple bike shops in the Fox Valley looking for my first gravel bike. I returned to Appleton Bicycle and ordered a new Giant Revolt. The customer service was amazing and they truly took the time to explain all of my options and how the bike works once it came in. Some of the other shops seemed like I was interrupting them when I asked questions. Everyone in the shop has been so helpful each time I stop in with more questions or to find a new accessory. I highly recommend them for any of your biking needs. We will be back to purchase a bike for my wife. I love they also gave me a bike trail map to get out and explore the area.

We've purchased 3 bikes here in the last few years. Most recently we traded in a bike that was having bearing issues. We were given a fair price on the trade. No complaints at all here. We'll be back when we need another good deal on a bike. Thanks for being how you are!!
