The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the variety of things they carry. For the elderberry/zinc they showed us all the different ways it comes, liquid, tablets and my choice was gummies! We discussed at length about the different levels of Vitamin C & D supplements. Would highly recommend popping in if you are looking for something to help with any issues you might be having. They are all patient, sweet and ever so happy to answer your questions about anything. ?
