I have been all around America. I’ve been to many cigar bars, cigar lounges and cigar boutique shops, including St Louis, Washington DC, Houston, Birmingham & the Iowa City area to name a few.
I had the privilege of enjoying a couple cigars on 10/26/2024.
The atmosphere couldnt be any better or unique. They capture a rare combination of features: down-to-earth, swank (without overdoing it) & well-kept quality cigars. Not to mention, the variety of cigars is impressive.
Im giving Appleton Cigar 5 stars because of the texture, feel & ambiance. They also had a knowledgeable staff. They have something for every palette.
While I could think of a couple suggestions, I am also aware that its near perfect (which is my type of place) just the way it is.

My girlfriend and I had a great time studying the humidor and came home with some sticks I'd been searching for... Next visit I'll make sure to plan time for the lounge...

Purchased a box of Cohiba red minis, price was $32 dollars, final sale came to almost $39 dollars, I questioned then price, got. Refund, then got charged the same amount right after that,, I said the price was $32 on the box, so in the end I got charged $35 dollars and came out to $38.41. So I'm done, I don't like being screwed and she did just that. I will never step foot in there again.I will take my business to A-Z

Worst place to get cigars, all dried out and the lazy eye lady (Rose) needs 2 things
1. Customer service training versus rushing out customers to get back to playing cards
2. AN EYE DOCTOR APPOINTMENT!
......... I'll stick to going to A to Z smoke shop.

My bf and I stopped by our first time there and he was in Heaven. Top notch humidor and he said his stogie a Pisstoff Kristoff 8x56 was another slice of Heaven. Hershel was great! Will be back again to this hidden gem in Appleton. Many Thanks!!
