Was Waiting in the drive through for 20 minutes with a screaming child. There was only 2 cars in front of me. The 3 banks in neenah are much faster.

I had a deposit not come through and I had 5 or 6 NF charges come at $35 each all on same day.. I asked for help in the situation and all I got was grief and felt disrespected. I've been hearing negative things and I brushed them off thinking it was a one time event or just talk but this changed my mind! The customer service has depleted with this service provider!

My company messed up our new bank info and Jessica called me and took care of everything for me.Best bank I've done business with and everyone is always happy and so nice.

Listen I can't believe what happened today with your store. I spent 33 minutes in the drive thru line before getting serviced, did Covid just give you the green light to cut employees and limit people allowed inside? This seems real lazy and by now you should have had another plan to get people through your drive thru line. I will be back in 4 weeks for a money order and if it happens again HELLO VERVE.

Total lack of competence is the understatement of the year !!! Came to deposit checks into my business account and cash into my personal account . Took almost 20 mins from the time i sent the tube over and they gave me a hard time about the checks . multiple other cars made it through while I waited .This is the worst branch in the company by far. I cant believe cooperate lets this happen with no action to fix this horrible location . STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION !!. The reviews are spot on

We were double billed. They refunded the overcharges and took care of it. Excellent customer service.

I came iyn my work brake for a deposit and no one answered for 5 min... Than ignored me with my sister in there have. 2 other cars went by.. make that 3 now (I was there first and only car for the first 5)and had to ring them 3 times to ask why it was taking so long. I normally am treated very well here but want sure why these events happened. I also had to get back to work...

Traffic in that area is congested. Difficult to get to know staff there because there seems to be a frequent turn-over of staff/tellers. Staff is friendly there.

Location: Right off of casaloma by Walmart, easy enough to get to. I'm not the biggest fan of the parking lot layout but it works. It gets a bit jammed up with the drive through location. Atmosphere: The inside is clean, they have a nice little waiting area and usually have two tellers at the counter so I'm in and out of here quickly without frustration or wasted time. Service: Rose Thompson is the branch manager here, and she is a gem to work with in regards to my banking needs, I honestly wish I worked with her on a daily basis over some of my real coworkers haha. I've been going to this Associated Bank location since I moved to the area (about 3 years) and I haven't even thought about going to another location since the service has been great.

Tellers are the worst I've ever experienced at any bank. Rude, clueless and no sense of urgency or professionalism. The manager Rose however, was very helpful and professional.

Great bank and great customer service. They are always friendly to me and go the extra mile to make sure I am satisfied. Scott and the mortgage team are great to work with.
