Questions were not answered. Paperwork was withheld. I have to return to ATT store. Employees don’t know what they are doing. Hacking of my phone remains unresolved.

What a great experience, I had little to no knowledge about my phone until I met with Adam H who graciously explained everything I needed to know about AT&T’s service and how important the insurance is! I went from a I phone 8 to the newest model and never looked back

I have tried on two occasions to upgrade my phone, and each time it has been a horrible experience. The last time, I politely left once I knew the salesperson had no idea what they were doing. We will never go back.

My experience with the store left me beyond frustrated and I left. I arrived to get a new phone and referenced the promotion online that any phone any condition is eligible for a trade in. I was informed that due to my phone not being fully functional I was not eligible and would need to pay for a phone monthly. I again stated that the promotion noted any condition phone working or not working. The staff who had only worked there a month was reading her prompts off of index cards and trying to figure out my questions.
I left without a phone and called ATT on Calumet who is an actual retailer for ATT who indicated that this store is not an actual ATT retailer, but a third party owned company. The ATT retail store was kind, prompt and surprisingly did agree that even a non-working phone is eligible for the promotion.
Please take your business to the actual ATT retail store where the staff are knowledgeable and ultimately the ones who are representing the company who gives you cell service.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Patrick was rude and short tempered, said I was “wasting a huge colossal amount “ of his time talks mad fast, when I questioned some things he basically was going to kick me out of the store because I wanted to change my mind about a phone—totally disrespectful
BEWARE PEOPLE THIS IS NOT A REAL A&T store- its run by “MOBILY” they are a different franchise - employees are not through AT&T I Highly recommend you NOT GO HERE EVER‼️‼️ if I could give zero stars that would be the rating

I walked into the AT&T store expecting a bad experience and Patrick greeted me and turned this into the best experience of my life!!!! I have no idea about cell phones whatsoever because I’m Amish. But Patrick understood and took his time into going over the different cell phone plans and the differences between each phone. I ended up getting the new iPhone SE. he highly recommended the protection plan and even hooked me up with the perfect case and screen protector. The whole experience was life changing. I’m never going to Any AT&T store unless Patrick is there. 5 star experience from beginning to end.

Patrick was great to work with. Very helpful, quick, patient, and had great suggestions to guide my purchase. The experience was my best yet with a phone carrier I've worked with before! Store was very busy, short staffed, and he kept things moving and polite.
I need to get a new Apple Watch in the coming weeks so hoping to work with him again on my next purchase/upgrade! Great asset to the company.

They suck. Suck. Suck. Suck. The chic employee I encountered was just flat-out rude, dismissive 100%, and had no intention of helping me out. I literally sat at the table staring at her for about 4 minutes after asking, "sooo, you're seriously not gonna help me out?" By calling corporate, maybe? Or perhaps, even looking up my damn account. " I'm pretty low-key, but she rattled me good. Just so awful. In no way should she be an employee there.

Poor customer service. Walked in, was told “be right with you”. After waiting in the store for 40 minutes, same person said “Umm, yeah, I’m closing. You can come back tomorrow “.

Eddy was awesome. He came in on his day off to cover for someone else. He was by himself and handled the situation like a pro!! Hats off to him!!

Customer service was awesome. As soon as I walked through the door they greeted me. And they said they will be with me as soon as possible. And they were. Excellent service.

Worst customer service. 1 guy at the store yelling people to go to a different store. Rude to customers. At&t has the worst customer service EVER!
