For someone who loathes technology and change, I was not excited to visit the store today to add my 12 year old to our account. Anthony quickly turned my resentment into a positive experience by saving us some money on our overall plan. He was super helpful and had us in and out in less than 20 minutes. Thanks, Tony!!

the lady I was speaking to on the 1800 number to check out internet for my new home got mad and hung up on me when I told her that the speeds they had for my area would not work very rude
