Best place I've ever brought my car to. Cornelius (I believe is his name) has been absolutely helpful, kind, and easy to work with. Never beats around the bush and treats me with respect and kindness (no matter the diagnosis LOL). Thank you Auto Select and team for making my car experience that much better!

Auto Select replaced the starter on my Mitsubishi Eclipse. The labor charge was very reasonable. Tony’s team members were helpful and friendly.

I always have a great experience at Auto Select - North with Tony and his team. They are quick, accurate, and honest. Everything you are looking for when you need to get confidently back on the road. Charles was very helpful in breaking down the issues with my vehicle and being upfront with the work that would be involved to fix it. I recommend Auto Select for any and all vehicle needs.

I had an issue with my lights on my Ford Escape. I figured it was a fuse, but after 30 minutes of trying and where the location of the fuse was, I could not replace the fuse. I took my car up
the road to Auto Select North. They happily helped me replace my fuse for free!

Cornelius and the entire staff here are absolutely amazing they worked so hard for me and gave absolute excellent customer service. Ive never been to an auto shop where whoever answers the phone its with a great attitude and the absolute most care. Thank you guys so much for a wonderful experience and really caring about the customer!

We came to Auto Select with a flat tire, stuck in a tough spot and clearly in need of help. Instead of offering fair service, they took advantage of the situation and charged us over 200% above cost for a single tire. They knew we had no other option.
To make matters worse, they didn’t even install the pressure gauge correctly. It reads 0 PSI, meaning we now have to go somewhere else to fix what they should’ve done right the first time.
They told us it would be a 30-minute wait. We ended up sitting there for over two and a half hours.
Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this place unless you want to be overcharged, misled, and left with more problems than you came in with.

Let me correct a few things:
I just purchased the exact same tire elsewhere for significantly less, so I know what the price should be. Your claim of a 20% margin doesn't match market reality. Whether intentional or not, the pricing felt predatory given the situation we were in.
I was not given a list of tire options just a price for the one that was already on the rim. There was no meaningful discussion of alternatives.
Your front desk staff told us 30 minutes. We waited over 2.5 hours. If you never intended to give a timeframe, maybe don’t let your team do it for you.
The TPMS sensor was not working when we left. Whether you programmed it or not, it was still reading 0 PSI. Telling me to come back now to fix what should’ve been done right the first time is not helpful.
Yes, we had a new rim. No, that doesn’t mean we weren’t stuck. The tire was destroyed. We had no spare. We needed the car on the road. That’s not an opportunity to take advantage of a customer.
The tire is on, but the way it was handled left a very bad impression. Your defensive reply only confirms that customer experience is an afterthought.

My first time at Auto Select - Appleton. I was referred by my daughter-in-law. The staff I talked with were very nice. Tony called to tell me what the repair plan would be and my car was fixed quickly. I am very happy with the repair and the service I received.
I will use them again.
