On June 1st, Saturday, I showed up at the Calumet St store in Appleton, WI, with a 20 year old grandson from MN. 2007 Prius engine light was on. Brit ran a scan and helped get the right part. It was definitely a safety feature. Very well informed, personable, a truly great sales person, you are lucky to have Brit!
Grandson needed to get to Maribel to see 89 year old sickly grandfather and head back to Minneapolis. Brit really helped.

They were really nice and helped me find a wiper blade for me Audi A6! I couldn’t find one that fit and they helped a lot and put it on for me!

I just have to say that I had the most amazing experience ever. As a women who knows nothing at all about cars, Britt helped me and was able to answer every question I had. He was so helpful and nice! The knowledge he has and how hard he works I just don’t understand how he isn’t management. The 5 stars are for him!

Website says hours are 7-30-8. I walked in at 7:45 and was told they weren't open. The guy seemed very annoyed I was there to buy oil. Terrible customer service. If you don't open until 8, update the online hours or at least post them on your doors.
