For over 20 years We have been taking all our rescue cats for their regular and as needed veterinarian visits to Animal Medical Center of Appleton. We feel very blessed and well cared for. Once again we had a wonderful visit for a change in condition in our 11 year old Princess. She had a seizure and this was her first. The arrangement for care and the visit were, as always appropriately provided by kind and competent staff. The multiple health issues Princess has makes a thorough assessment with gathering history and changes in Princess's behavior, routine as well as symptoms, diet, mobility, etc. necessary. I have always felt the staff are patient, thorough, and use critical thinking skills to gather health history, determine and discussing wanted testing, and needs of patient and family for the comfort and peace of mind for all. This team weathers all changes and continues to deliver outstanding care for our pets; our family.

The Doctors and staff here are exceptionally knowledgeable and always answer any questions you have and explain what is going on with your pet.

They were very sweet the first time I came there, happy to see me and my rabbit and friendly since I was a new client but the second time I came to get some medicine for my rabbit they were rude and unwelcoming. When I first walked towards the entrance the person at the front desk was talking to someone so I was going to stand behind the person and was going to wait for my turn but once we stepped in she stop talking immediately and look at me, I told her the reason why I was in there and she made it seem like I was an inconvenience, I was surprised by her actions and emotions because the first meeting she was welcoming and nice. I don't know if she had a bad day but I felt sad after because after she got my rabbits medication she questioned why I had my rabbit and asked if I needed help with it, her tone and the way she had asked made it seem like everyone should know how to medicate their animal and made it seem like I was over dramatic by bringing my rabbit but I didn't want to do anything wrong and came to them since they are professionals who know how to medicate animals. I'm a first time pet owner. The assistant who helped us, Sheri was nice, I had her the first time I was there but the second desk lady, younger than the first one was looking like I would steal something and was keeping an eye on me, I would talk to my sister and rabbit while paying and she kept eyeing me, I felt uncomfortable with her. I would be worried to set another appointment with them but if I were to set up another appointment with them I hope to get a better response and better emotions out of them, they could have had a hard day which I respect but I also felt unwelcome and as if my rabbit and I were an inconvenience. This was not to say they are evil but their manners were some what un-pleasant to another person. I hope this is some good feedback to show actions have impacts.

I have been with AMC since 1994, and I am now on my second generation of dogs. Dr. Chris is a very caring and capable Vet. Her and the rest of the staff are like family. Maddie and Bailey say "THANK YOU" for all the love and care they receive when at AMC!

I highly recommend Animal Medical Center. The doctors and the staff at Animal Medical Center are friendly, professional, easy to talk to, and caring. They possess a great deal of personal and professional experience with animals.
We adopted our little Maltese poodle mix, Sammy, from a local shelter, and have brought him to the professionals at Animal Medical Center ever since. When we first adopted him, he was very shy. The staff knew how to handle him and he loves them. This August 2015, it will be 7 years.
Anytime I call with a question, the staff listen carefully and answer all my questions. They really care about us and our animals. We are seen for appointments on-time, and the staff and doctors answer all of our questions and are very gentle with our Sammy.
We have had routine annual check ups, vaccinations, teeth cleaning all done at Animal Medical Center, with excellent results. We trust the staff and doctors, and we are very comfortable bringing our special little furry guy to them for health care.

I have been taking my dog and cats to Appleton Medical Center for years and they have always taken and continue to take great care of all of them. My cat Dora was recently diagnosed with diabetes and the dr. and staff have been wonderful with training me to do glucose testing and give insulin injections. I feel very comfortable taking my animals to the staff at Appleton Medical Center.

We had an old rat that needed to be euthanized. While most people "don't get it", rats are amazing pets & do deserve the same care & concern as all pets. This care center did just that, care. Our rat was treated kindly & gently in her last moments & we were cared for by the staff in our grief. We have another rat & we will go to AMC for her care as well.

I have been taking my pets to Animal Medical Center for 14 years, and I do not trust any other place to take such quality care of my pets. The staff is amazing, very kind, courteous, professional, compassionate, and they stuck by my side through the worst times in my life. Not only is it the best place for all animal care, but for great caring staff who will go way above and beyond to help in any situation. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you!!!

I’ve been bringing my pet cockatiel Jazz to the Animal Medical Center of Appleton for a number of years now. I have always found Dr. Jen and the rest of the staff to be knowledgeable and engaged in addressing my pet’s issues, whatever they may be.
Some of my pet’s issues have been quite serious and I’ve always been grateful to how involved and friendly the service is, knowing that my little bird is getting the best treatment options while receive friendly, clear understanding of any issues or treatments.
Above all, it’s the friendly confident feeling I always get from the Dr. and staff!
